I only stayed at the Mercure Padang Hotel for 1 day and I enjoyed my stay there, starting from the nice, clean and comfortable room. The food menu in the restaurant is really delicious, there is a new menu and I tried Pak Uwo's coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very very good and I love this place❤️😘The people are friendly, when I wanted to ask for help via telephone which was served by Ms. Salsa, she understood and immediately sent down the help. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, I asked for a room facing the beach😍 Thank you Hotel Mercure Padang

Stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Eco-friendly, no more single-use plastic bottles for drinking water - instead 2 large glass bottles of drinking water are provided.

The full-day event was absolutely perfect. The spacious and cozy ballroom also has direct access to the swimming pool. Then, the service was very friendly, the room was clean, and the staff were polite. Thank you, Mr. Rian, for the good service.
