We stayed at this venue to have a quick 24 hours break from the day-to-day hassle. We dined at the restaurant, which was lovely. Room Service Breakfast which was delivered on time and hot to our room. Peaceful break from the stress. Many thanks to all staff.

Went for breakfast buffet - spoke to reception they informed chef is available to make eggs scrambled omelettes ,turned up paid for breakfast asked the staff Member can you ask chef to make omlette - chef comes out says sorry to busy and he can’t make omlette as if he makes it for our table everyone else will start asking for omelettes and so he refused to cook us a omelette .very disappointing I would suggest pls advice kitchen staff not to inform customer as chefs is available to make egg dishes then you turn up and get told no sorry he is too busy and he can’t do it every top hotel buffet breakfast provide this service but disappointing to see the chefs attitude where he says if he made it for us then others will also ask what is this attitude very disappointing , I would suggest try somewhere else for buffet breakfast this place advertise as world class but they far off being world class A very disappointing trip

The staff were awful. This was the worst I have ever been treated anywhere. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff simply are not held accountable for their behaviour towards the customers. It appears that there is no management in place to curtail the behaviour of the staff.

Another successful visit with a sporting team. Great location and conveniently located next to indoor swimming facility and RSL. Rooms are great size although lack of drawers, and USB ports is the only criticism of the hotel. Great WIFI, free laundries on every floor and convenient restaurant on site. Biggest plus- the staff. From front of house to reception, to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone had a smile. Special thanks to Andrew and Tenille at front of house and Jo-Anne in the restaurant, all very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here for one night in September 2023. This hotel is ideally placed if you need easy access to West Sydney. Located in West HQ the hotel is surrounded by a few cafes etc. which is convenient for a short stay. The rooms are a little outdated and the televisions in particular are quite small. In saying that the rooms are large with enough room to spread out for 3 or 4 people. The bathrooms are also showing their age.
