We had a king suite and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also big with plenty of towels etc. The furniture was a tad dated and could do with a spruce up but we were only staying the one night. The cost of the room was a bit overpriced for the area (we did have a "staff" discount due to a family member) but overall was a pleasant enough stay.

HUge rooms for family stay. Always Great Service.

We stay at this hotel regularly for Gymnastics. Always have a great stay. Very spacious comfortable room. My only complaint would be on our most recent stay, was being woken at 7am with Renovations! Banging and crashing. Management were very apologetic and offered free breakfast on our next stay.

Very happy with hotel stay.

Our room was spacious very clean and the bed was so very comfortable. The hotel was modern in design and it was obvious that it has been well maintained. Had diner in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. If we are in the area in the future we will definitely stay at the Novotel. Parking is good and there is a lot to do in the area.

I felt I was in tv show Dexter all the red. Lightning could have been better. Was not told the gym and pool were public. Surcharge was so expensive. No shuttle service you need a car to get anywhere. Room was always clean, breakfast was expensive.

I would say that the rooms in this hotel are possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in. They are spacious, and extremely well appointed. The hotel is quiet and beautifully serviced daily. Staff are helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed here twice now, visiting from Perth. We have an unwell relative nearby in Rooty Hill. Buses are reliable and bus stops are handy. An excellent stay and hopefully we will be back.
