Very friendly staff, nice, clean, quiet hotel with cozy room & ambiance at very affordable rates. Amazing pool and view. Accessible area from Abu Dhabi to Muscat. Excellent customer service by Mr. Tariq, thank you so much.

Hotel is very clean and best of the town.. Rooms are so big and very hygiene and all facilities available Love the night dinner beside the lovely pool... Service by Ms Henny is really full of hospitality care and whenever i come to this hotel i will never miss the handmade omelette of Mam Dana... she has beautiful hands all her varieties of Omelette are really so tasty and made with love and care .. awesome taste

I would be very happy to stay at this Mercure Hotel again and I will tell my friends about it when they visit Sohar.

We were delighted with our stay at this beautiful hotel. The reception, service, and hospitality were excellent, and the staff at reception and Chef (Nada) were very friendly. All the food was delicious, and the waitress (Rachelle) was very kind and always had a smile on her face.

It was great experience. Rachelle and chef Dana were very helpful and they are very cooperative. Chef Dana clocked amazing food and Rachelle was very helpful with the issues. The hotel is very nice and clean.
