Here's a revised review including special mentions: --- I had an excellent stay at this hotel located in the charming old quarter. The streets were clean and wide, lined with beautiful buildings that added to the area's appeal. The hotel's staff were exceptionally attentive, with special mentions to the reception staff, gym staff, and the bellboys ,all of whom were really good. Our room featured a beautiful bathtub complete with bath salts, providing a very relaxing experience. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat. ---

Great food and great accommodations

Breakfast is amazing! The rooms were very comfortable and the staff is very kind and accommodating. I went to the gym a couple of times and there is a decent selection of workout equipment. Dumbells, bench press, cable machine, treadmills, and bike. Overall I had a very positive experience.

Traditional yet modern with great service

A traditional yet modern hotel just a block away from the beautiful Opera house in Hanoi. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room is very nice, the restaurant proper connected to an indoor, covered patio. Breakfast is excellent with a large variety of western and Vietnamese options. The egg station is superb. Dinner options are also very good. What is quite unique and wonderful is the elegant tableware and the very original printed menus. The dinner food was excellent and exquisitely presented. Staff is very friendly and all speak English fluently.

Luxury Home in Hanoi

There were so many plusses with this luxury hotel that it is difficult to know where to start. The position is bang in the centre of the city and so close for all that a tourist needs. Then there was the room. We had a suite and it was just superb - A beautiful bed, amazing lounge room and separate dinning area. The whole time we stayed we felt we were always being looked after and that no request was too hard. We loved the cocktails in the early evening which helped us relax after a day of busy sightseeing. Magnificent.

Mini Hanoi Vacation

The hotel itself has a beautiful French inspired architectural design and is located in a bustling part of Hanoi. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the room itself was very comfortable and stylish. Aesthetics and functionality aside, this hotel deserves 100 stars alone for the staff. The staff alone made this vacation such a wonderful experience. From the front desk crew to the kitchen staff, they were all extremely helpful and accommodating to any questions or requests. Would 100% reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing location and stellar service
