Dear Will, Thank you again for your feedback. I would like to provide some additional clarification following a review of our internal records. We carefully checked all housekeeping logs for your room and can confirm that your room room was serviced and prepared as a premium room. The room was cleaned and checked with full attention by 2 of our trained supervisors. Based on these checks, there is no indication that the “Do Not Disturb” card was missing in fact it has been reported as present. If the card had been unavailable, we would have appreciated being informed on the first day so the issue could have been resolved immediately. Housekeeping service for stay-over rooms normally takes place after breakfast, typically between 10:00 and 12:00, which is standard practice. If a guest prefers not to be disturbed during this period, can use the DND card or would like the room serviced at a specific time, we kindly ask that reception or the housekeeping team be informed, and we are always happy to accommodate such requests where possible. Our room attendants are trained to return later if a guest is resting or unavailable, which explains why the team member may have come back to the room a second time to complete the service as we did not received any specific request from you. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed our central location, the unique Beatles-themed décor, and the friendly welcome from our team. It’s also lovely to know that the 24/7 coffee and tea facilities and our lobby space added to your experience. We appreciate your comments regarding the layout of the room and bathroom. Our design does follow a more compact, cruise-style concept, and while many guests enjoy the quirky feel, we understand it may not suit everyone’s preferences.
