Ontvangst was prima. Kamer helemaal in orde. Ontbijt was eerdert minnetjes, ook nauwelijks personeel (25 december). Een systeem met gereserveeerde parkeerplaatsen zou alles wat makkelijker maken, nu moet je gewoon hopen dat er plaats is, anders moet je aan de overkant of dichtbij naar een andere parking. Dat is niet handig, en kost ook geld.

We also take note of your comments regarding the breakfast on December 26. We regret that this experience did not live up to your expectations and we will evaluate how to improve our service. 1 person was present from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. then 2 people present from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Regarding parking, we understand that this can be frustrating. Our secure underground paid parking is limited in number of spaces, a reservation system becomes very restrictive. We will still study this possibility in order to make our customers' stay more practical. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again to offer you an even better stay. Mooi hotel met goed ontbijt aan de rand van het centrum van Beaune. Binnen een paar minuten lopen midden in het van het oude centrum met leuke restaurants en barretjes.
