Jammergenoeg is het ontbijt allesbehalve, goedkope ingrediënten, eieren niet te eten, yoghurt van mindere kwaliteit, wat een verschil bij vorige jaren..,

Beaune, de hoofdstad van de Bourgogne wijn! Het hotel is super gelegen, aan de periferiek van het centrum. Met een perfecte garage. De kamer was volledig in stijl voor een Ibis Style! Perfect. Bed, badkamer, temperatuur en wifi, alles oké. Behulpzaam equipe aan de receptie. Ontbijt compleet met een geweldige kwaliteit. Onder andere: Compté, verse eieren, lokale paté persilé, Wat wil je nog meer?

De afgelopen jaren Ibis Styles Beaune meermaals bezocht, ( ongeveer 20 maal ) aangezien we meer dan 10 jaar 2 maal/ jaar naar zuid Frankrijk geweest zijn. Het was nu 3 jaar geleden en het verschil was merkbaar. De kamers zijn dringend aan een opfris beurt toe, ik herinner me dat er vroeger een flesje water op de kamer stond en aan het ontbijt was het gebakken spek vervangen door warme stukjes Zwan worstjes!!! Hoe komen ze erbij. De roereitjes hadden een overdosis melk gekregen en de algemene indruk was dat er langs alle kanten beknibbeld wordt. Dus…. 👎

Regarding bottled water in the room, we have indeed updated our offering and installed a self-service filtered water fountain providing both chilled and room-temperature water, in order to address environmental concerns while also improving access to water at any time of the day. As for breakfast, we would like to clarify that we alternate our hot meat options, particularly between bacon and sausages, especially during multi-night stays, in order to offer variety to our guests. Your comments regarding the overall perception of your stay have been carefully taken into account, and we are sorry that you felt a decline in quality. Feedback from our regular guests is especially valuable and helps us continuously refine and improve our services.
