Dear Mr. S., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our convenient location and found your room clean and comfortable. However, I sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with the responsiveness of our Front Office team and the unattended takeaway waste outside your room despite your requests.
