スタッフに問題はありません。強いて言うなら、eSimの手配を初日チェックイン時にお願いしましたが、その後音沙汰がありませんでした。また、ルームクリーニングを入口のスイッチでお願いすることに気づかず、最初に教えていただければ良かったのに、と少し残念でした。また部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫はまったく効かず、ただの保管庫になっていたのは猛暑の時期だっただけに残念でした。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く素晴らしいと思いました。

部屋には毛足の長いきれいなカーペットが敷かれています。ソファのほか、小さなデスクと普通の椅子もあって出張には便利です。電源はプラグの変換器が不要で、USBケーブルが挿せる口もありました。水回りは、シャワーのお湯が栓を捻るとすぐに出るのがよいです。ボディソープ、シャンプーの他にコンディショナーが備え付けられているのもよいと思いました。 朝食は毎日異なる、バラエティ豊かなカレーを楽しみました。クロワッサンやパンケーキ、ワッフルなども用意されているので目先を変えたくなっても問題ありません。また、数種類の焼き野菜があるので、野菜不足の心配もありませんでした。夕食も食べられますし、ルーフトップバーもあるので、ホテルで生活を完結することも可能です。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、感想や問題がないかどうかなど、何人もの方に質問されるなど真剣に仕事に取り組んでいることがわかりました。 オープンして間もないそうですが、引き続き清掃や点検をこまめにしていただき、状態が保たれるよう期待しています。

清潔で快適な滞在でした。特にスタッフが素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方々にお礼を申し上げたいです。　05OCT早朝、Agra行の列車に乗るため、ツアー送迎の車をロビーで待ちましたが、時間が過ぎても車は来ませんでした。送迎の車と連絡がとれない私と息子はすごく困りました。その時フロントの方はツアー会社に電話をするのを何度も手伝ってくださり、車が故障で列車に間に合わないとわかってからも心配してくださり声をかけてくださいました。充分なお礼を言わないままAgraへは直接車で行くことができましたが、スタッフの方が親身となって何度も対応してくださったこと、その優しさは忘れることはありません。本当にありがとうございました。 他のスタッフの方々、入り口にいらっしゃる方、レストランの方、部屋をきれいに清掃してくださる方、、皆さまのおかげで快適で充分に満足できる滞在をさせていただきました。
