短期の滞在でしたが現地の高級ホテル以上の快適さでした。 タオルの交換、室内清掃が毎日行われます。食事もインドで普通に日本食が食べられるのはありがたいです。 唯一の難点はシャワーの温水が出るまで15分待つ必要がありますが、YouTubeが見れるTVがあるので待ち時間は苦になりません。

チェックインもチェックアウトもかなり時間かかる たまたまなら良いが、過去3度利用し3度ともかなり待たされるし、チェックイン手続き自体に時間がかかり過ぎ。 荷物をフロントで預かってくれるが、セキュリティのかかった部屋ではなく、ただフロント横のロビーに放置する。不特定多数が荷物に手をかけても分からないところに放置。

禁煙室を予約していたのに、深夜（23：30頃）に到着したところ、喫煙室しか残っていなかった。仕方なく最初の１泊は喫煙室に宿泊したが、臭いがひどく、よく眠ることができなかった。翌日以降は禁煙室に変更してもらえたが、その後、今回の手配ミスに関して謝罪は一切なく、補償もありませんでした。私はたばこの臭いが極度に嫌いで、喫煙室しか空いていない場合、予約はしていなかった。とても残念な出来事でした。

朝食がもう少しインド料理以外のメニューもあればよかったなと思いました。日本人で胃が強くもないので朝からスパイスのきいた料理はしんどく、パンケーキとワッフルしか食べれませんでした。ベーコン、ポテトなどもおいてくれると助かります。自分の階のアイロンがきちんと熱くならず困りました。結局フロントでお願いする事になったので、また確認してもらえるとありがたいです
