Frühes einchecken war nicht möglich, da habe ich aber Verständnis für. Das einchecken selber war unkompliziert aber freundlich ist anders. Das Zimmer war wie in einem Motel in einem einstöckigen Gebäudekomplex ca. 150 m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt mit einem Parkplatz vor dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet. Als Platinum-Kunde ist man natürlich enttäuscht, wenn man sieht das man nicht nur kein Upgrade erhalten hat, sondern auch noch das kleinste Zimmer (s. Notausgangsplan im Zimmer) und dann auch noch die Ausrichtung zur Schnellstraße, die abends sehr laut werden konnte. Das Bad war okay. Es wurden täglich die Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Seifenspender wurden 2 Tage lang nicht aufgefüllt. Als ich dann die leeren Seifenspender für jeden gut sichtbar in das Waschbecken gelegt habe, wurden die auch nicht ausgewechselt. Ich bin dann mit den Seifenspendern zur Rezeption und habe 2 halb gefüllte Seifenspender erhalten. Ich habe mich freundlich bedankt, aber eine Entschuldigung von der Rezeptionistin war leider nicht drin. Das Frühstück war gut für italienische Verhältnisse. Leider grüßten die Bedienungen nicht und guckten immer so, als müssten Sie nur für das Eier abschrecken zuständig. Trotzdem wurde bei Bedarf alles sofort wieder aufgefüllt. Das Auschecken war dann wieder zügig und unkompliziert. Also insgesamt ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt, für einen Platinum-Gast allerdings eine herbe Enttäuschung. Man sollte bei All das Status-System noch einmal überdenken oder ist man nur auf die, wie in meinem Fall, über 60 Übernachtungen eines Gastes aus und will ihm mit den angeblichen Status-Vorteilen nur locken?
