Our stay at Basildene Manor was nothing short of magical. This small boutique hotel is a true hidden gem and feels like a little piece of heaven. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The staff are exceptional, warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond, offering insightful local recommendations and personalised service that you rarely find these days. What really set this stay apart was the farewell. At the end of our visit, we were surprised with a goodbye gift. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we were genuinely emotional. Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are immaculate, and the building and surrounding gardens are gorgeous. The staff were very helpful as well. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at Basildene Manor! From the time we checked in, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Margaret River and the lady on reception sat down with me after we had checked in and talked me through a map of Margaret River, recommending places to visit and restaurants to go for dinner. Our room in the main building was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast as well as the cake served for afternoon tea. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and you can’t help but relax! Would definitely recommend.
