Great location and experience

The location of the property is excellent and fits well within the natural environment. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we found to be stylish, comfortable, spacious and well presented. Very good breakfast and variety, also dinner menu ticks all the boxes. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the man the drives the golf buggy to and from the room and the waiting staff on breakfast service. A couple of negative comments, the chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and generally in bad condition which is unacceptable for the price you are paying . Also pool area is in need for some additional chairs just outside the glass area.

Very disappointing trip to this hotel. It is not really suitable for couples as there are many families who descend on the dining area which is insufficient to cater for all the guests. Internet is intermittent, reception and dining never answered their phones when we were trying to book a dinner reservation or book a golf cart. We stayed in a lake view studio which desperately needs a revamp and you have to be a mountain goat to walk up to the dining and reception areas. Whilst this was not a problem for us it may be for people with mobility issues. Just because it has a spa does not mean they can call themselves 5 star, which it is not. Would not stay there again.

We were looking forward to staying at this resort so we could enjoy the beach and the beautiful Bunker Bay/Geographe surroundings. Our lakeside room was tucked away in an area that was a welcome hub of wildlife activity, fringed by all sorts of fragrant native trees and bushes. We loved sitting on our private deck with coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Our room was wonderful and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was terrific. Notwithstanding being a bit understaffed at times, venue management/staff is very attentive and courteous. In fact, the housekeeping staff saved the day for us when we left a jacket behind; they shipped it back home to us within a week of our departure. Well done and very much appreciated! This is a beautiful property in a to-die-for location with lots of activities and diversions on one's doorstep. We will be back and next time we'll make sure to allow for a longer stay to enjoy the beach and experience the spa.

Great location Resort showing its age

The Location is Fantastic Resort needs major overhaul. On arrival our room was not stocked with enough cutlery or crockery for us to both have a cup of tea, no hard copy of in house menu only on line which was difficult to connect to. Cupboard doors would not close properly or couldn’t open properly. Got to give it to maintenance staff they were prompt and polite. After several phone calls we finally received the menu. Buffet breakfast was Fantastic most of the staff were great. Given the state of the resort it is definitely Overpriced. There were a few other issues that annoyed us like not being able to park near the accommodation yes they offer a buggy service but not much use in the middle of the night. Would we stay again or recommend the resort? Definitely Not. Regards Stephen

We booked Pullman Bunker Bay for our wedding anniversary, the property was set in a beautiful landscape of bunker bay and with direct access to the beach, checking in was a great experience by Luke at reception and we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling, during the stay the food and beverage offering was easy to access and the food quality was very good, checking out was a breeze with Kelly. It was great to see the properties commitment to eco-friendly practices without compromising comfort.
