Although I rated the hotel 5 star, the pool was out of order which was such a shame. What a beautiful clean hotel. Walking distance to loads of shops and Mall. Salvin who looked after our room made sure it was perfect at all times of the day/night. Slippers were left out in the evening - no shortage of beautiful clean white towels. Allan who was at the front door was so friendly and very helpful. Shola the security at the front was brilliant. I lost my cardigan and she made a few phone calls and found it for me. All the staff in the restaurant were amazing as was the food. What a lot of variety and all freshly made. The fruit counter was beautiful presented. I was impressed with the lettuce wall - imagine freshly grown lettuce everyday. Will definitely come again.

The hotel is amazing from all aspects, location, cleanliness and breakfast The rooms are big and super clean and the room service was amazing super fast and clean and behaved especially aiju.m and raju very polite and fast and clean

I’m currently staying at the Sofitel, and so far everything has been close to perfection. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the level of service are truly impressive. A special mention goes to Sunil and Azeef from housekeeping, their work is simply outstanding. The room is always spotless, perfectly arranged, and welcoming every single day. They are not only efficient and professional but also incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. Their positive attitude and dedication genuinely elevate the whole experience. Overall, an exceptional stay where everything feels cared for and thoughtfully done. Sofitel continues to set the standard for comfort and hospitality.
