Exceeded my expectations. Clean quite and friendliness. Nice location right downtown and nexr the base. Conveniently next to great Mall.

You could not ask for a better location and the employees are highly professional, friendly, and attentive to your needs. Rooms are very comfortable. From the hotel you can easily catch any form of public transportation.

Great hotel in a very convenient location

From the booking onwards staff have been as helpful as possible. We arrived from a morning flight at 1000 and knowing an early check in was unlikely reception took our luggage. We came back an hour and a half early and were checked in with no trouble at all. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained largely and more than met our needs. Breakfast was great - a range of food from standard breakfast fayre to traditional Japanese foods, curry and many more dishes. The views from the upper floor are fantastic too. Great location for our first few days in Japan too; shopping centre across the road and a few touristy trips very close by.
