The staff at this hotel made us so welcome every moment of our stay . The rooms are spotless with beautiful beds and fantastic bathrooms and amenities . Location right near tamachi station makes everything so easy . Every staff member we encountered was so lovely and helpful . A special thanks to Jordan for his fabulous, friendly advice , Karl for such a beautiful smooth check in and Yoojin , Hashimoto and Pritam in the club lounge , which is a magnificent place to end your day . Our Japan trip was all the better for staying here !

What a great hotel. Room big and comfortable. Club lounge excellent. Staff were efficient and engaging. Breakfast a highlight. Great choice. Meal in restaurant perfect. Close to Tamachi train station. Enjoyed our stay Will be staying here from now on

Great Hotel - Well Located

The hotel is well located at Tamachi - 4 stops from Tokyo Station or 1 stop from the end of the monorail line at Hamamatsucho Station. We had no trouble travelling around 5pm from Hanada Airport to Hamamatsucho & onto Tamachi even though we were in peak hour with 2 full size suitcase & 2 rolling cabin bags.. The staff at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi are soooo good - very helpful even organising a 5.30am Breakfast Box for our early departure which was delicious. When we wanted directions somewhere, the staff would go out of their way to ring the place we were looking for & confirm directions, or if they stocked the item we wanted. An absolutely amazing "CAN DO" attitude towards their guests. From CheckIn to Restaurant Staff to Exec Lounge Staff a BIG THANK YOU for making our 5 & 3 night stays in Tokyo so memorable.

Really Lovely Hotel

Arrived early in the morning (6.30am) so had booked an early check in (check in time is normally 3pm so had to pay for an extra night). However, it was wonderful to be able to go straight to our room, freshen up and then have breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices and there were a la carte items you could have as well. We enjoyed the 2 breakfasts we had there. Our room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom was a good size as well with a separate toilet and nice sized vanity that had room for our toiletry bags. There were quality toiletries in wall dispensers but also a little pack of 4 that contained face foam, makeup remover, body lotion and body wash. We visited the Executive Lounge and enjoyed drinks and canapés however did not dine at restaurant at the hotel as we had a late lunch on our walking tour. Next day before our late checkout we enjoyed our free Accor drinks in the lobby bar. The hotel is situated in a less busy area of Tokyo but is well serviced with a shopping centre across the road that has a multitude of restaurants. There are 2 stations close by - Tamachi and the subway one is Mita. We saw the train from Haneda and our guide advised you can get to Narita too. The hotel staff were friendly and very polite. Really couldn’t have asked for better service. When we return to Tokyo for a longer stay we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious rooms, excellent location, but needs to feel more like Japan

Stayed here for two nights in September 2024. Very clean, very modern hotel with extremely spacious rooms. Location is excellent - a stone's throw away from the JR station. A bit expensive but this is justified given the location and amenities. This is definitely not your average Tokyo business hotel! My only issue with this hotel, which is probably not a problem for the vast majority of potential guests, is that it feels too much like any Western hotel. Everyone speaks English really well (this is probably a major plus point for a lot of people) and the vast majority of guests are from Western countries. Much of the signage, e.g. that in the lift lobbies, is entirely in English. For me...I would prefer something with a little bit more local flavour after travelling all the way to Japan.
