Pullman hotel is an excellent option to stay. Its food is delicious, the service is very friendly and helpful. Trung gave us superb service at the restaurant. Wide variety during breakfast for vegetarians and vegans. Centrally located so near to city centre. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need.

Very expensive for Vietnam. Great brunch though.

A standard 5* hotel. Good location, nice rooms. The reason for 3* was the price. By far the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and I just couldn’t see the value for money. In their cafe this morning we paid nearly $30AU for two coffees, two croissant and a large bottle of water. Melbourne prices. There is one thing they did very well. Sunday bottomless brunch in their Mad Cow restaurant was amazing. Free flow Tattinger and more (delicious) food than we could eat. All in all, wouldn’t stay there again.

From Regular to Regret: A Disheartening Decline at Pullman Saigon Centre Under Mr Castel

I live in HCMC close to the Pullman Saigon Centre which makes me a “regular” customer for nearly 2 years. Since July, the hotel has been under General Manager Mr Benjamin Castel, and I am more and more disappointed by the drink service and overall customer acknowledgement, especially by the GM. Despite the hotel's upscale reputation, the staff seems indifferent and inattentive, particularly at the rooftop bar. I worked extensively with Accor Group in New Zealand, and the staff training and management are currently way below my understanding of Pullman’s standards and aspirations for excellence. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of engagement from the staff; they rarely acknowledged guests or offered pro-active assistance, reaching the 1-star level in my experience: I expected a much higher standard of service and attentiveness for a hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately, my experience fell short, making it unlikely that I would return or recommend this hotel to others.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at the Pullman Saigon Hotel in October 2024 during our family vacation in Vietnam. Location: (8/10) The hotel is conveniently located, just a 25-40 minute drive from the airport, situated at a triangular junction close to the city's main attractions. Iconic spots like Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, and other must-see sights are within easy reach, making it a great base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Ambiance: (8/10) Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a surprisingly calm and peaceful atmosphere. The contemporary and modern decor sets a relaxing tone from the moment you step in, providing a tranquil escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Reception: (8/10) The reception staff was warm, courteous, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in. They guided us to our rooms and helped familiarize us with the hotel amenities, which was a thoughtful touch. Rooms: (8/10) We stayed in a Deluxe room with a panoramic view of the city. While the room was on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, but a hygiene faucet in the toilet was missing, which might be an important feature for travelers from the Indian subcontinent. Amenities: (7/10) The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a small but well-maintained swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, both of which contributed to a relaxing stay after a day of sightseeing. However, we were disappointed by the lack of a pool table, which we had enjoyed at other hotels during our trip in Vietnam. Dining: (7/10) Pullman Saigon caters to a variety of tastes with multiple dining options. The food was decent, and the prices were reasonable. Mad Cow restaurant on the 30th floor is a great choice for meat lovers, but for guests who prefer vegetarian or avoid beef and pork, the options are limited. Staff: (8/10) The staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth added a lot to the hotel’s overall experience, upholding the Pullman brand’s reputation for great service. Value for Money: (8/10) Considering its brand value, well-appointed rooms, diverse dining options, and friendly staff, Pullman Saigon is an excellent choice for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh City, especially for travelers looking to explore the city’s key attractions. Disappointments: There were two notable drawbacks: The absence of hygiene faucets in the bathrooms, which may be an inconvenience for guests from certain regions. On rainy days, the area around the hotel can become waterlogged, limiting mobility, especially if you plan to explore the nearby attractions on foot.

The only good part of this hotel is its location, as everything is very near by distance, you can walk down or just a grab. About staff, only the receptionist can speak English (and they are very helpful and dedicated to their duties), other then that non of them know English, housekeeping, restaurant. Very few options of Indian breakfast, where else most of the Indian travellers book their stay here. Room are not that great, are very small for double occupancy or triple occupancy.
