Our stay was amazing and Hung, who was part of the staff team, took care of us the entire stay (luggage, recommendations, grabs etc). Him and the rest of the staff was super friendly and the service was exemplary. We will definitely be coming back!!

Had a lovely dinner at Food Connexion’s buffet. The lobster was super fresh and tasty – definitely the star of the night! I also loved the desserts – both beautiful and delicious. Big thanks to the friendly staff, especially Trinh,Tram, An, and Xuan. They were so kind and helpful, making the experience even better. Will definitely come back! ดินเนอร์แสนอร่อยที่ Food Connexion ได้ไปทานบุฟเฟ่ต์ตอนเย็นที่ Food Connexion มา อร่อยมากกก! โดยเฉพาะ กุ้งลอบสเตอร์ สด เด้ง รสชาติดีสุดๆ กินแล้วหยุดไม่ได้เลย ของหวานก็น่ารักน่าทาน แถมอร่อยทุกอย่างเลย เหมือนอยู่ในดินแดนของหวานเลยค่ะ ที่ประทับใจไม่แพ้อาหารก็คือ พนักงานทุกคนใจดีมากๆ บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มตลอดเลย ทำให้มื้อนี้อบอุ่นและน่ารักมากขึ้นไปอีก ถ้ามีโอกาส จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ!

The hotel greets you with formality. Straight lines of the facade, glass behind which numbers matter more than glances. Not a warm welcome — rather a businesslike composure. Everything works. Everything’s in place. Everything — to the point. The room: spacious, clean, restrained. The bathroom — almost a suite of its own. It felt like the room looked at me: not warmly, but with respect. Excellent soundproofing. The view — postcard-worthy: the city stretches out, without intruding. I went up to the lounge. The snacks — solid. Drinks — well-curated. The setting — calculated: everything considered, everything precise. Not cozy — but orderly. A system where you are a component. Nothing more, nothing less. At night — a hot shower. In the morning — breakfast. Precise, like a schedule. The noodle soup stood out — simple, yet flawless. The rest matched the five-star level — not memorable, but correct. Late checkout was granted without question — service efficient, just where it should be. Before check-in, the rhythm faltered — as if we stumbled at the start of a dance. But the hotel adjusted the step, and the evening went on without a wrong note. By midday I checked out. Got on a motorbike — the road ahead, Nha Trang. The hotel behind me: like a file I closed, without saving.

Firstly some nice words for the Exective Lounge… a BIG BIG thank you Ms. Ngan for your personal touch in looking after me during my disastrous first 2025 stay in February but lovely follow-up in April 😊 To Chirpy Ms. Anh for her cheery smiles in the lounge too…big hi-fives to the new guys and gals too Now to the cheeky breakfast crew in the attached pix. These naughty 3-gals (Ms. Anh, Ms. Y & Ms. Xuan) and their new crew were off-duty and could have easily ignored me on my usual last nite trip to the Mad Cow bar. Instead I was welcomed to their table and played their drinking game which I kept losing 😭. I gotta have a word with their boss 😂 Thank you gals…really appreciate the night and my sleepy-grumpy mornings 🥰 See ya all soon 🤩
