We would like to sincerely commend the Sofitel catering and banquet team for their outstanding service during our Gala Dinner. Despite the complexity of the setup — an external venue without a fully equipped kitchen and the collaboration with an external chef flying in from France — the Sofitel team handled every challenge with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. All dishes were served hot, beautifully presented, and perfectly aligned with the event’s timeline, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the evening. Their ability to adapt, coordinate, and deliver at such a high level truly reflects Sofitel’s commitment to excellence. The attention to detail, responsiveness, and teamwork behind the scenes played a key role in the success of the Gala. We highly recommend Sofitel for high-profile events requiring precision, flexibility, and impeccable service, and we look forward to working with their team again in the future.

What to say? Sofitel Saigon Plaza is amazing and i love it more every time I stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the accomodation is superb, the food is wonderful(thank you to my pho lady in Mezz who makes THE best pho), the bars are all great, love the pool. Concierge staff are caring and knowledgeable . Every single member of staff deserves a pat on the back, thank you. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Sofitel Saigon Plaza’s service quality exemplifies the Sofitel brand ethos. I am truly grateful to Guest Relations Officer Tony Le Quang Thanh who went above and beyond to secure me an alternative room to accede to my request for a late checkout when the hotel was running a full occupancy. It gave us time to see more of HCMC before coming back to the hotel to get showered and changed for our flight back to Singapore in the evening.

An incredible hotel, what else can I say... Everything is perfect, the rooms are extremely clean and beautifully decorated, the breakfast is varied and very tasty, the staff is incredibly friendly. I often used the pool, the water is warm and I can also praise the MANGO MOJITO cocktail, I really liked it. When I come next time, of course this hotel has no competition, see you again!

I’ve always liked Sofitel, but ever since Mr. Alistair Minty took over as GM, the hotel has reached a whole new level. The improvements in service, hospitality, and overall guest experience are obvious from the moment you arrive. Sofitel Saigon Plaza has always been one of my favorite hotels to return to.
