Dear L., We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the beautiful views of our resort and the warm, friendly service provided by our team. However, I sincerely apologise for the disturbance caused during the night when our team mistakenly knocked on your door for a food delivery and later called to confirm an order that you had not placed. This was an unacceptable error that should never have occurred, particularly at such a late hour, and I fully understand how difficult it must have been to fall asleep again afterward. Please be assured that the situation has already been thoroughly investigated, and appropriate corrective action has been taken with the team members concerned. We have also reinforced the importance of carefully verifying the guest’s name, room number, and order details before making any delivery or contacting a guest, to prevent such an incident from happening again. We have also noted your comment regarding the humidity in the room and will have our team review how we can better maintain comfort in our seaside environment. Despite these inconveniences, it means a great deal to know that you were otherwise satisfied and would choose Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach again on your next visit to Phuket.
