酒店标榜华人礼遇,但事实上对待华人极不友好!前台工作人员全程冷脸没有微笑,办理入住对待华人就是坐着等待,比我们晚来的客人居然比我们早入住!而且华人需要支付押金,且酒店不提供押金单。酒店泳池晚上7点就不可以使用,全程没有人提醒,我们入住一晚第二天早上的飞机,晚饭后过来游泳结果被工作人员劝退!退房也是区别对待,又是让我们坐着等待,其他白人仅询问是否用过迷你吧即可退房!我们是早上的飞机,时间都是规划好的,但是酒店各种怠慢!退房效率低、预定的接驳车迟迟不来、我们预约的出租车也不让开进来,前提是我们已经跟工作人员说了2遍车牌号码!导致我们赶飞机时间被延误!我的家人都气疯了!总之,整个入住体验极差!这是我们回国前的最后一家酒店,却使我们的心情大打折扣!我们花费了高昂的价格入住,却得到这样的结果,真的非常令人失望!!!

Everyone confirmed that there was no intention to treat any guest differently. However, we understand that intentions don’t always match impact, and sometimes small communication gaps or misunderstandings can make guests feel overlooked. Please know that we take this very seriously and that discrimination in any form is never tolerated at our hotel. Every guest matters equally to us. Your feedback has prompted a detailed discussion with the entire front-of-house team. All staff involved in check-in, check-out, and guest transport have been guided and reminded to be extra proactive, attentive, and caring—especially for families with tight travel plans. We are using your experience as a learning opportunity to ensure our team always goes beyond just “being present” and truly cares for every guest. We truly empathize with the stress you and your family felt, particularly regarding the airport transfer and pool closure. It was never our intention to create this situation, and we deeply regret the inconvenience it caused. Thank you for sharing your honest experience—it is a gift that helps us improve. 入住时告知 虽然预定的房晚含早餐但是因为使用Accor advantage plus 权益所以首日并无早餐,只有第二晚才有,对于这个权益情况 我们入住时不是很清楚是否合理,由于入住时已接近晚上10点,由摆渡车将我们送至入住的客房,随后可怕的事情发生了,制作的房卡无法打开房门,我在走廊内寻找了一下,并没有发现任何公用电话可以与客服联系,所以我在预定的app上找到了电话并联系了酒店,在等待后给我们换了可以使用的房卡。随后我们度过了愉快的2天,在办理退房时,工作人员拿出一张收费单据,要求我支付所谓的升级费,让我感到莫名其妙,这位女士告诉我,这个升级费是Accor advantage Plus 所使用的首晚应收取的升级费,让我不理解的是,作为accor金卡会员 我是否本身享有升级的权益(如果允许)其次 客房安排是经过酒店认可的,在办理入住时也并未对我进行告知会收取这项费用,所以我最终拒绝支付这笔我认为不合理的费用。对于酒店的整体感受很满意 除了前厅部门部分工作人员莫名奇妙的失误或不合理的收费之外。希望以后不会发生这样的事情。
