We just returned from the wonderful Pullman Arcadia following a recommendation from friends, we were not disappointed. We had an ocean view room, and were treated to breath taking views of the Andaman Sea, the sound of the sea to fall asleep to was magical. What really made the holiday though were the dedicated staff, all of whom clearly love their jobs as are always happy to help, and nothing was too much trouble. We would like to say a special thank you to Pong , Jane , Orn , Tee, Anda, Nana and all of the fabulous staff at breakfast (apologies, too many to mention all !) We also visited the Spa and had the best massage from lovely Tanya. We would also like to thank Albert , the Hotel Manager who went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Thank you Pullman !

We were greeted by all stunning and beautiful welcomers at the entrance and checked in smoothly by Kopiko. The bellman team was so friendly and helped us for luggages and took us around the hotel. We appreciated front office team to make our stay smooth especially Pinky, Punch and Runway and also the Pullman touch team who always were there with us when we needed any assistance. ADA, all-day dining restaurant, was outstanding. It offered an excellent breakfast buffet and impressive evening dining. Thanks to Orn who always visited our table and checked that we had all we needed. Moreover, thanks to all friendly and lovely staff who cared for us during our stay especially Too, Bovy, Khaw, Sine, Nana, Ploy and Nis. We also went to M-bar which served us nice cocktails and Mexican food. Pin and Khaimook were fun and friendly. On top of that, the in-room service team (Seam, Lay and Fahud) did a great job. The lifestyle team is amazing. They took care of us while we were on pool side and also the gym. We would rate this hotel 10/10 and definitely come back to stay here again.

Pullman Nai thon is a beautiful property situated at the edge of Sirinat National Park. The main attraction is the infinity swimming pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. We tried their breakfast and set dinner menu which were not only delicious but also thoughtfully curated. The service and hospitality is also top notch. Mr Albert, the manager is very helpful and takes care of guests like family.
