Where do I start? This hotel from when we arrived to leaving is 5 star. The staff are all so kind and really do give the best service. The food is just beautiful, from breakfast right through to dinner there’s a wide variety to choose from and it’s all so tasty and honestly some of the best food I have had. The rooms are spotless and the bed was amazing! The pool and loungers are all comfy and offer stunning views. The staff all really care and are genuinely lovely people and can’t do enough for you. The buggy’s to the rooms are really useful after a long day or a big meal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.

硬件条件非常的好，毫无疑问的五星级。但是酒店的工作人员太少了，导致所有服务都要等很长很长的时间。

Overall a great hotel with amazing hospitality and service. Located just 15 minutes away from the airport so is easy to get to, hotel overlooks the Andaman sea with access to the beach, food is good and sizeable rooms are ideal for families. Kids club is small but the staff were incredibly caring of our daughter. Only downside was that the hotel sits on a mountain so is very hilly - you have to be transported by buggy up down quite steep incline and decline so not great if you are traveling with a baby in a pram or for anyone needing a wheelchair.

Wonderful Hotel in Phuket! A great place to go. Swimming pool is great relax. Staff service is also good, very helpful and good service attitude from Khun Emmy & Khun Sofia (Front Office) Khun Syn (Welcomer), Khun Pik (Bell service), Khun Bass and Khun Arrin (Fitness). They are a good service provider to me with a good memorable stay at Pullman Phuket Naithon. Hope to have a chance to revisit.
