If you’re still thinking about the massage, it must have been next-level. Alicia clearly worked some magic. Dear Gaznil Thank you so much for sharing your feelings We really do appreciate you taking the time — it genuinely helps us keep improving and get closer to creating a resort that guests truly love. I’m sorry we let you down, that’s not the consistency we aim for, and I completely understand your disappointment. I’m also very sorry the manager didn’t show up when you expected — that’s not how we want to operate, and I’ve already followed up with the leader in person about it. ( it has nothing to do with Swedish - its plain common respect ) I understand you also spoke with our Hotel Manager. He’s currently working on tightening up the food and beverage experience, especially with the newly opened ECHO and the refreshed AZUR menus. Your comments have been taken on board and are helping shape those improvements. Most importantly, I really hope the family is on the road to recovery — your wellbeing matters more than anything else. First and foremost, please allow me to extend my heartfelt apologies for the challenges you faced during your recent stay, especially on such a special occasion—your 20th wedding anniversary. I can only imagine how disappointing it must have been to not receive the room you had carefully requested. We are truly sorry for the miscommunication regarding your room type and for not providing proactive updates throughout your stay. You were right to expect the second-floor room you booked, and we regret that we failed to meet that expectation from the very beginning. Regarding the room layout, shower drainage, furniture, and lack of convenient charging points, your observations are noted. I understand how these details impacted your comfort, and please rest assured that our team has carefully reviewed your feedback to make improvements immediately. We are also addressing our communication approach so that every guest, including our valued Chinese guests, feels welcomed, supported, and fully informed.
