We are pleased to know that your overall stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach was a very positive one, and that you appreciated our restaurants, service, beautiful scenery, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, soft bedding, peaceful environment, and complete facilities. At the same time, we are truly sorry to learn about the incident you experienced after the rain due to the wet floor and the limited grip of the hotel slippers. Please accept our sincere apologies for the concern and discomfort this caused. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and your feedback has been shared with our management, Housekeeping, and Loss Prevention teams for immediate review. Your suggestion regarding slippers with better anti-slip quality, as well as additional anti-slip mats in relevant walkway and entrance areas during rainy conditions, is very valuable and will be carefully considered as part of our improvement actions.
