A luxury experience in a beautiful setting

We recently stayed here for 5 nights at the end of a trip around Thailand and it was the perfect way to finish the trip. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of Naithon beach, a beautiful and quiet beach location. The hotel itself is sprawling but doesn't feel overwhelming, the grounds are very looked after and the team offer a buggy pick up to help you get around if mobility is an issue. The effect though is that although obviously a busy hotel, nowhere ever feels crowded. The level of service everywhere was fantastic with all of the restaurants being better than they had any right to be and the various teams going out of their way to look after the guests. The C bar in the evening was the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets in this part of the world too. I'd happily stay here again.

Our stay at the Pullman has been amazing! Our room was huge and spacious, with a beaitiful view. The breakfast selection had everything and more. The Thai massage was exceptional and all staff on resort were so friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at the Pullman.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, stunning accommodation and wonderful staff

We stayed at the Pullman at the end of our Thailand adventure to celebrate a significant birthday and had the most amazing time. We upgraded to one of the pool villa rooms which was beautiful & the pictures on the website don’t do it justice! You enter into your private space through a lockable wooden door & on the left is your covered day bed & in front of you are your extra comfy sun-loungers overlooking your own infinity pool & the ocean. The pool wraps around the whole of your living space and your bath ( the rest of your bathroom is inside) and is large enough to have a decent swim & what a view! When you enter the villa, you see an enormous bed and sitting area, your walk in wardrobe and then down the corridor to your huge bathroom area. The space is well appointed and has everything you might need – including a Nespresso machine – and more importantly milk and a milk frother! There are so many light switches it takes quite a while to find out where to turn things on & off!! The shower was great with gorgeous toiletries. Really fast stable wifi. The aircon wasn’t the best & we did get quite hot quite often & the fan above the bed had two settings of either ineffectual or helicopter downdraft! Although the friendly maintenance team visited several times they somehow fused the lights & weren’t able to fix the DND switch or doorbell so we did miss our lovely housekeeping team sometimes. You can walk down to the main hotel facilities and up to the gym, but the hills are very steep & you might want to use the buggies sometimes to get around – they always came quickly if we called for one and the team were always smiley and courteous The gym is at the top of the resort and has great Technogym equipment – usually it wasn’t too busy apart from my last day when it was so busy I couldn’t do a workout – the hotel was hosting a conference & the number of delegates made everything too busy, the noise level at breakfast was uncomfortable. Breakfast selection is huge & the Elements team service was great. The restaurants both serve good food & the staff make them special, in fact all staff at the resort were so courteous and go out of their way to help you. The Bowls & More Deli offers a great selection of healthy options for lunch. The resort is child friendly, but that does mean the main pool always seemed very busy & noisy. The adult only pool next to the gym was a lot quieter! You can use the stairs to get to the beach and local shops & restaurants – you can also use the hourly shuttle to go there – or they will take you down to the main entrance in one of the buggies if you don’t want to wait. The spa is a very calm space with lovely staff & I had a great massage. Thanks to everyone for making my birthday so special and making it such a memorable stay, I hope to return one day.

Dear carolrE7426HM, It sounds like your villa truly lived up to the “paradise” expectations — with its infinity pool, ocean views, and Nespresso machine (the milk frother is definitely a game changer)! We’re so glad it helped make your special celebration even more memorable. As for the air conditioning... we’re aware that it can be a bit of a “breeze or blast” situation in some rooms! We’ll work on getting that sorted so next time you won’t have to choose between a tropical sauna and wind tunnel. Our maintenance team will also be extra diligent to ensure everything (especially the lights) is working smoothly. We totally understand how the gym can get a little more crowded with conferences, but it sounds like you still managed to enjoy all the other perks of the resort, from the delicious breakfast selection to the quieter adult pool. We’d love to welcome you back for another stay whenever you’re ready. Until then, we’ll keep the pool warm and the Nespresso machine frothing just the way you like it. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, the last stop on our trip around Thailand and they checked us into the most amazing room. Even our balcony was furnished with a large comfy sofa. The hotel, food, staff, rooms and facilites were all fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. For example, I found my pillow a little hard and phoned reception to see if they offered any softer ones, not expecting them to. Within 5 minutes a member of the team appeared with the softest down pillows for us. We would like to say a big thank you to Albert, Pinky, Brett and the team for making our stay so special. We would also like to say a big thank you to Jinny in the Vero Restaurant for her amazing service. We will definitely return upon our next visit to Phuket.
