We have asked our pest control partner to recheck the area and reinforce the use of eco-friendly treatments to help minimize this as much as possible. We have also asked the team to inspect the bathtub carefully, as we understand why the mark you saw made you reluctant to use it. Your comment about Vero is also very useful. The atmosphere may have been enjoyable, but if the steak did not feel worth the price because of the tougher and sinewy parts, then we clearly missed the expectation that comes with both the restaurant and the pricing. You should not have to specifically ask for a benefit that is already applicable to your stay, and this is something we need to handle more carefully and consistently.
