We are also pleased that our team was able to assist with the difficulty caused by your flight change, and that your ALL Platinum recognition experience with us was excellent. Your kind mention of Mai, our Loyalty Manager host, Miw from Vero, and our application chat customer service team is greatly appreciated. We will proudly share your recognition with them and the wider team. At the same time, we have noted your comments regarding the cleanliness points shared during check-out, as well as the matter you personally raised with the Echo Chef during breakfast on Saturday, 27 June.
