전체적으로 편안하고 좋은 분위기. 그리고 휴식하기 알맞은 직원들의 친절함. 전체적으로 기분좋은 편안한 숙박. 하지만 무언가 조금씩 부족한 느낌으로 만족도를 대폭 깎아먹는 느낌이었다. - 너무나도 더운 날씨에 로비가 모두 뚫려있는 구조라 많이 더움. 쾌적한 느낌이 없어 로비에서 쉬고있어도 땀이... - 버기가 너무나도 부족하다. 불러도 너무 늦게오고 매연냄새를 너무 풍겨 자연친화적이라는 생각이 들지않음. 버기 기다린다고 땀을 또 빼게된다 - 부족한 수영장 크기. 썬베드. 투숙객수에 비해 부족한 수영장 크기. 썬베드는 너무 다 차지당해서 이용하기 어려웠다. - 5성급 호텔을 감안해도 살인적인물가. 마사지 및 레스토랑이 플래티넘 할인을 받아도 말이 안되는 금액이었다. 리조트내에서 쭉 휴가를 즐기고싶었는데 너무나도 비싼 금액에 바깥으로 나갈수밖에없게...함 전체적으로 친절하고 좋은 직원들에 시설들도 좋은편이지만.. 몇가지 아쉬운 요소들로 만족도가 좀 떨어져서 아쉬웠다. 그래도 좋은 휴가를 보내기에 적합한 곳이라는 생각은 든다.

Your kind words about their friendliness and the relaxing environment mean a lot to us. At the same time, we are genuinely sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the lobby temperature, buggy service, pool and sunbed availability, as well as the pricing and overall value are all very important to us. Regarding the lobby experience, we would like to share a little more context. Our open-air lobby is intentionally designed to connect our guests directly with the natural surroundings, especially the panoramic ocean view in front of the resort. It is part of our concept to create a seamless feeling between indoor and outdoor spaces. That said, we completely understand your discomfort during your stay. This year’s summer heat has been particularly intense and, at times, beyond what we would normally expect. While we are mindful not to compromise the open view by adding barriers, we are actively working with our Engineering team to find the best possible solutions to reduce the temperature and improve comfort for our guests while waiting in the reception area. We also take note of your feedback regarding the buggy service, including waiting time and exhaust concerns, as well as the pool capacity and overall value perception across our outlets. Please be assured that these points have been shared with the respective teams for careful review and improvement. Thank you again for recognizing both the positive aspects and the areas where we can improve. Your feedback helps guide us in delivering a more balanced and seamless experience for all our guests.
