About the mango you mentioned: the taste and quality of this fruit depend on the season. At this time of year, most mangoes in Thailand are out of season. While we could source some from other regions, the flavor and freshness would not meet the high standard we aim to provide. We also carefully consider the preparation to ensure the mango complements our dishes without an overly sour taste. The best period for fresh, delicious mango in Thailand is generally from March to August, depending on the type of mango. We truly appreciate your understanding.
