다들 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 이동시 버기가 필요해서 불편하긴 했고 버기가 잘 오지 않을 때도 있긴 했지만 전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다. 사전 이메일과 체크인 당시에 레이트 체크아웃 가능한지 문의드렸고, 상황 봐서 가능하면 해주시겠다고 했는데 끝내 먼저 연락 주시지 않아서 풀만 앱을 통해 우리의 체크아웃 시간을 문의했고 3시에 체크아웃 하라고 답 받았으나 체크아웃 당일 프론트에서 12시 넘어 왜 체크아웃 안하냐고 콜이 왔었습니다. 우리는 3시에 체크아웃 하는 것으로 확답 받았다고 하니 담당자들 간 혼선이 있는 듯 했고, 2시에 체크아웃 해달라고 해서 많이 당황 스러웠습니다.

In your case, I understand that the lack of clear communication from our Loyalty team created unnecessary confusion, and I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused. That said, I fully understand that the experience should have felt much smoother and more coordinated from your perspective.
