모든 스텝이 친절하고 항상 미소를 띄고있어 머무는 내내 기분좋았습니다 조식포함 호텔내 레스토랑 음식들이 맛있고 서비스 또한 훌륭했습니다 친환경적이고 연식이 좀 되었는데도 불구하고 수영장 객실 피트니스 전반적으로 청결하고 시설관리가 매우 잘되어있습니다 호텔 내 스파도 매우만족하여 머무는 내내 이용했습니다 저희가족은 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있었고 꼭 다시 머물기를 희망합니다.

이번 푸켓 여행은 저희 가족에게 잊지 못할 완벽한 휴식이었습니다. 짧은 일정이었기에 오로지 '온전한 쉼'을 목적으로 풀만 나이톤을 선택했고, 결과적으로 그 선택은 틀리지 않았습니다. 체크인 순간부터 느껴진 따뜻한 환대와 훌륭한 식음료 서비스는 기대 이상이었습니다. 하지만 제가 이 글을 쓰게 된 가장 결정적인 이유는, 투숙 기간 내내 저희 가족에게 감동을 선사한 Mr. PONG을 최고의 직원으로 칭찬하기 위해서입니다. 그의 서비스 정신은 단순히 친절함을 넘어선 '감동' 그 자체였습니다. 저희 가족은 호텔의 여러 식음료 업장을 이용하며 그를 자주 마주칠 수 있었습니다. 첫날 점심 풀바(Pool Bar)에서 만난 그는, 같은 날 저녁 베로(Vero)에도 있었고, 다음 날 아침에는 조식당에서 밝은 미소로 저희를 맞이해주었습니다. 하루 종일 호텔의 주요 업장을 지키며 열정적으로 근무하는 그의 모습을 보며, 제가 직접 "대체 언제 쉬시는 거냐, 근무 시간이 너무 긴 것 아니냐"고 걱정 어린 질문을 던질 정도였습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 그는 만날 때마다 항상 밝은 표정을 잃지 않았고, 저희에게 부족한 것이 없는지 세심하게 살피며 최고의 컨디션을 유지해 주었습니다. 사실 올해를 마지막으로 아코르 회원 등급 유지를 그만둘까 고민하고 있었습니다. 하지만 Mr. PONG이 보여준 진정성 있는 서비스와 헌신적인 모습에 감동하여, 저희 온 가족은 앞으로도 아코르와의 인연을 계속 이어가기로 마음을 바꿨습니다. 한 명의 직원이 브랜드 전체의 가치를 얼마나 높일 수 있는지 직접 경험한 순간이었습니다. 풀만 나이톤의 모든 경영진분들께 요청드립니다. 쉬기엔 완벽한 호텔! 공항에서 가까워서 마지막날 편히 여정을 마무리하기 좋았고, 호텔내 식사도 맛있고 주변환경도 좋음. 물론 방도 넓고 쾌적. 푸른나무와 바다가 함께 보여 좋았어요
