My husband and I visited spa at Pullman Arcadia! We had 1 hour massage with Alice and Kelly! It was fantastic! An out of total relaxation and harmony! Definitely recommend these nice women! Thank you.

We stayed at pulman Arcadia with family mid October 2025, we enjoyed it so much we booked a pool villa for our final 4 nights in Phuket, after our family had left. We are Accor diamond level and were given exceptional service during our stay. Daily surprises arrived to our villa, usually coctails or macaroons all exceptionally presented, it was a real treat. We stayed in 5 different Accor Propeties during our holiday in Phuket, and Pullman Arcadia was without doubt the best for Accor members, the attention to detail and knowing what the entitlements were for Accor members. Breakfast was supplied with sparkling wine, the only thing missing was perhaps for villa guests, in villa breakfast would be a great additional offering, to make the whole villa experience that touch better, breakfast with the view would have been amazing and relaxing in a fluffy robe. We ate at the toro restaurant each evening and enjoyed it each night, the staff welcomed us each evening with wonder smiles. 10 out of 10 for the manager, he knows his stuff about Running a large hotel, and how to make his guests feel special. We will returning when next in Phuket.

Fantastic experience today at the spa. Myself and my husband enjoyed an aromatherapy massage for 60 mins. Patty & Cherry were our masseuses and they were brilliant, a throughly relaxing massage. From the moment we walked in for the introduction to the Oolang Tea served afterwards, Dao was very welcoming and. took care of us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thank you ladies! Gabs & Matt
