Please improve on the buggy service arrangement. On the last night of our stay, we were arranged a buggy service (nissan march without doors) to share with two medium sized adults (couple) to our room. I declined to board the buggy (car) because I did not feel comfortable sitting at the cramped back seat. My partner would likely take the front seat with my shopping bag. Although she eventually arranged for another buggy for us, I urge the staff who is in charge of this service to demonstrate empathy and attentiveness and prioritize the safety and comfort of the guests.
