We feel very sorry that some of your experiences did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please allow me to explain to you: In accordance with hotel policy, we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms and public areas, and the hotel has a designated smoking area outside the entrance. Thank you very much for your feedback, we take it very seriously and will conduct an investigation. About guests smoking in non-smoking areas,please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures in order to prevent future occurrence. Thank you again for your prompt suggestions.
