The room was clean, the bed was clean, soft, and comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable for sleeping. When entering the room, it smelled fresh and the AC was already cold. Very pleasant. I requested an extra toothbrush and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The bathroom was clean, the shower water flowed well, and the toilet smelled fresh. Towels were clean. Excellent. Thank you, ibis, for taking care of me during my 3-day stay.

i stayed in a nice, clean room. the bed was clean, the hot water shower worked wall, and the bathroom was clean. breakfast oke. tq Ibis for your commitment serving your guest.

we stayed there for 3 days, the room was cleaned and spacious. laundry service were good. the big bed is is comfy and exceeded our expected. reached malioboro and planting. bathroom clean.

I stayed in a nice, clean room. The bed was clean, the hot-water shower worked well, and the bathroom was tidy. The service was fast, and the staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good. The meeting room was fairly spacious for a hotel of this size. Just like other Accor hotels, the service was excellent. The pool view from the upper floor was also great.
