No problems encountered that are not anticipated for an ibis budget. It was conveniently located for our visit to Monet's gardens in Giverny. Very good secure car park and 24/7 reception that waited us until after midnight.

Awful... To avoid at all costs

We tried to sleep one night in this hotel. We almost did not managed to... We had booked one night for 2 adults and a children of 5 yo. First problem : location is awfull, one of the worst surrounding of the city. Second : the hotel is very difficult to find, no indication, nothing. Third: upon arrival I give my ID, the manager is questioning me since I live out of France, supposingly my address is a fraud .... Fourth: lift is not working, we must take the stair from the parking, Five: impossible to give us a room waiting for more than 90 minutes...system is not working, server is down, manager is not responding, IT help desk is not responding.... Impossible to give us a room We finally have a random room, not the one we had booked after two hours Deficiency at all levels to avoid at any cost.

Although we would have preferred your experience to have been more pleasant, your feedback and impressions are very important to us, as they help us to improve our services on a daily basis. Customer satisfaction is our priority, but apparently we didn't succeed this time. Our fly-in flight to CDG airport was later, we don't want to stay in the airport area, just booked here as on the way to Brittany. Overall it is a good choice: 1. The hotel is easy to access, just 15 mins to Monet's Garden. 2. No need to book breakfast, just next door, there is a great bread shop, a traditional french bread shop. rich choice. 3. The 3 personal room is a great choice for our daughter, she loves to climb up for her small bed. 4. It is easy as street-side free parking. also hotel can provide underground private park service, it will be charged. 5. There are some blacks, just because of this area is a muslin area, not as a dangerous area.

There was a problem: there is no possibility to request sleep room adapted to handicapped persons. Otherwise the phone request always is ignored by the hotel front desk... The question only should be solved (if possible) at the check in what wasn't a good system!

Hotel seems fairly new, clean but very basic. No Bar ! Bedroom also basic, uncomfortable bed, little space to hang clothes. No parking (street only) Worst of all, no bar, restaurant or shops anywhere near the hotel. The nearest restaurant we found was QUICK and that was 20 minute walk away in the rain ( uphill !). However, cheap enough. Next door is a patisserie - have your breakfast there. Half the price of the basic hotel priced version.

bonjour, nous vous remercions des commentaires que vous avez laissés sur notre établissement. un service de bus en face de l 'hotel ou des taxis desservant la zone d'activités, le centre ville ou sont les restaurants,sont disponibles ce qui evite de marcher sous la pluiebattantes de ces derniers jours. concernant le petit dejeuner , notre buffet à volonté à 6.15 € est tres complet et peu onéreux, nous avons également une formule à emporter avec un café et un croissant à 2.50 € pour les personnes ne déjeunant pas beaucoup ou rapidement. cordialement la direction
