Nice hotel quiet neighborhood. It's at 1 miles from the train station. The cleaning is ok but the room is small. With covid situation you can complain. Food can be found near the train station. Pharmacy not far

Not easy to find as it’s set back from the road. Easy check and codes to enter the entrance and room door. Large shower in room 203. We had a double bed with a kids bunk bed over the top. Clean. Breakfast was nice with a choice of bread, pain aux raisin, chocolate croissants, bread, yoghurt, fruit purée, fruit salad, cereal and drinks. Car park was very busy on Saturday night but not on the Sunday night.

The hotel service are correct but the Wifi is not available since few weeks, there is no climated room. Good thing is that you can eat near the hotel and have a cost reduction ask the voucher to the ibis hotel reception

Dark smelly and dingy!

The corridor stank and the room wasn't much better! Perhaps the damp on the walls needs to be addressed! This hotel is not recently refurbished as it says on the website. We were given the very corner room in the basement which was dark and depressing. The hotel doesn't even supply a kettle/tea/coffee in the room. The area is run down and depressing. It was clearly located in an area used for migrants and there were people living in the abandoned factories/ shops opposite the hotel. It was conveniently located near to a train station for our trips to Paris. Would we go here again- absolutely not! We pay a similar price to stay at a premier inn in the uk and get so much more for our money. Perhaps ibis should take a leaf out of premier inns books and update their hotels?

Pros : the staff is helpful, the room is nice, it's cheap. Cons : the room was dirty (dubious stains), the corridor stank (I mean someone did number two in it and they covered it in super heavy perfume), the breakfast is a joke. So would I recommend it? If you're on a budget and have to stay in Cergy, yes. Otherwise, no
