A fantastic hotel for the price. It was convenient for the town and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful with phone calls we had to make with non-English speakers and able to arrange two extensions to our stay. We would happily return here on a return to St Genis Pouilly.

So arrived early so we were let into our room early thank you . The reception didn’t advise about breakfast times or explained anything . We went on a tour of Geneva city , this hotel is in the middle of a business park , and down a dirt track so I wouldn’t advise traveling alone btw. Geneva centre is a tram and bus ride away approximately 50 mins away so nowhere close , and on the tour we found out that tourists can have free transportation and most people in the group had been notified of it by their hotel before arriving! When back at the hotel we were told no it doesn’t exist anymore , oh yes it does ! We tried again with another receptionist the next morning, who claimed that they didn’t do it ! And was handed a piece of paper with a word on … I have no idea what to do with this . Btw the shuttle bus doesn’t run at weekends . Very poor service , so checked out a day earlier than should have done !

Nice mountain view from my window, very good bed and clean room. Good room size, air conditioning and towel dryer. Good breakfast and friendly staff. It can be a good idea to rent a bicycle, if you not have a car. Comfortably stay, I will recommend this hotel

I have stayed several times in this venue over the last ten years or so. Why do we come back to a particular hotel? First of all: the proximity of the airport (Geneva), there is no need to go through town, as the airfield is located North and the hotel is only a few minutes away from it. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport. The rooms and facilities are the same in most Ibis, Novotel, Mercure etc hotels of the Accor group. The standard of cleanliness and courtesy is what singles out one hotel from another. What stands out in this hotel is the team, the management skills of the leaders, Bastien at the Front Desk, Benjamin in the restaurant and their teams. You never feel the hierarchy, you never hear commands, they are all one and they are definitely fun, very courteous and make the simplest meal a little feast. Each member in each team, that includes housekeeping) is a personality and you can, if you wish, have amazing heartfelt conversations with one or the other. Over the years I have seen team members leave and new ones come in, and to my astonishment and joy the happy spirit prevails. Thank you Ibis, thank you team, you will see me again :). Mariana Amar

Stayed here for 1 night when travelling to lake garda in Italy...what can I say brilliant place swimming pool is very clean the hotel and our room was spotlessly clean we had a small ice box full of food which they put in there fridge for us staff were friendly and could not do enough to help us booked on the spot aswell as we didn't plan on stopping but so glad we did 100% would recommend to anyone....p.s wish I got the womens name who was on reception she was so helpful and polite thankyou to everyone 😀
