Met all expectations, everything that was supposed to work was working- Airconditioning, hot water, TV channels. Room service was efficient, check in check out didn’t take time. Water pressure in the bathroom was adequate and HK was very cooperative with extra pillows to tea coffee sachets

Rooms were average. The quality of Breakfast served is bad. Either salt is more or some of the items were not cooked properly. Prices of food items are exorbitantly inflated. But the service provided does not meet the price charged. Tea was served cold and stale. Nozzle of Shampoo and shower lotion kept in bathroom does not function had to ask for fresh one which again was not functional.

We found the service very slow. Didn't like the bathrooms. Cleanliness was not upto mark
