The overall stay experience was very good except the room availability. I was forced to take up the smoking room. The rooms (and the entire 5th floor) is stinking with cigarette smoke. Housekeeping tried their best to clean the room with air freshener. But staying with a toddler in a smoking room is a worst experience.

We had booked 2 rooms. The rooms were well maintained, the staff was well behaved. I feel the quality of Dinner buffet can be further improved. Overall experience of staying was good.

It was a pleasant experience and was identical to the one where I stayed in ibis stuttgart zentrum. Staff was very courteous (Deepak and Shrikanth). Room was very tidy and also the amenities were very apt. Food choice was moderate. Overall experience was very memorable

We travelled with family in November 2021. Basically it's a business hotel. Location is really convenient of you want to explore all the nearby attractions. Hotel is clean and safe to saty in ongoing pandemic. Staff is polite. The food served in restaurant is very delicious. Room and housekeeping services are good. Bed linen and other toiletries provided are clean and hygienic. I am little bit disappointed with size of washroom. There were no mix taps and only hand shower facility is available. It looks like a bathroom in a caravan. Senior citizens will find it difficult to use it. If management can work on this it will be ideal for family stays as well. Overall experience is very good. Keep up the good work Ibis! All the best!

Train your nashik staff better courtship.

Overall was a mixed experience. They force surveys down your throat. Some of them were good while other need to learn hospitality and courtship. I think I was their longest guest having stayed 15 days in the hotel. The restaurant did not serve mutton for even 1 day and gave me options between thali, buffet or 2 dishes from menu....the team should understand that me and my wife could not eat same meal for multiple days....once they served my wife chicken when she ordered veg fried rice but put the blame that she only asked for it. My wife cried a lot that afternoon. She was super hungry super frustrated for limited options and then saw the chicken with egg rice...she is allergic to egg so could not even eat it....had tp wait for replacement...once while we were sleeping a cleaner swiped and tried to enter .. good thing i am a light sleeper .... If you ask them for wine glasses they refuse.... Understand a person is stay half a month with you, he is not your 1/2 day guest to refuse things like this....i was on a business trip as a group manager from WNS...I dont get treated by my company like this...but an utter disappointment and a terrible first experience of IBIS by my newly wed wife....she has vowed never to stay in any IBIS ever....while your cleaning service & reception staff is good i feel mostly....the spice it restaurant is an absolute disgust....especially that one bengali manager who jas come from taj mumbai...he promised me once that we can eat from any menu but then shows too much ego and challenged my ability at times to pay for a bill.....i earn a lakh a month and he kept asking for every bill if he should bill me or include it in office expenses.... Boss i am a group manager with the company i am sure they wont mind if i eat pasta one day instead of a buffet....hence i paid for all outside the buffet myself....my humble request to you is atleast fact find if the company guest is at what level before your guest is at, by calling the company, before you start interpreting and judging his ability to pay for a certain service or not....absolutely disgusted and embarassed before my wife due to spice it's overall behaviour....remember!!! the guest will never ask you for a service, if you have promised then as a part of hospitality please approach such a long standing guest once at the table and ask "would you like to have anything?" I called that idiotic manager once but his ego is sooo inflated that he showed me a hand and did not even come later...he was soooo busy attending to those 1 day 2 day guests .... He forgot about his long term 15 day guests... Atleast 1 person should have come to attend to us... Aadhesh Shrivastava was helpful to us as a server and i would say make him a manager then the restaurant would be much better hands....not inflated ego managers....i usually never complain about any service or experience myself as i know my humble roots and have stayed in much worse experiences....but my newly wed wife had to go through all the above and saw me get treated that way as well.. Had the hotel been around a little busy area, we would have never eaten inside..i would never choose ibis nashik for a stay in case my family decides to drop and would recommend all my friends/relatives to avoid the hotel as well going forward...absolutely rubbish...!!!!

The hotel is well located, however the rooms are small and washroom area uncomfortable. The hotel charges for bottled water if you exceed 4 bottles, the water bottles are small and it's not correct to charge on water. The room key was not working well in the elevator and later we got to know it was not activated properly. The front office manager Prabhat was a delight! He had excellent interpersonal skills, was a pleasure to meet him. Since it was my birthday, he ensured I got a piece of cake ! Kalpesh from the restaurant too was very good in his service. Always smiling and helping

Property and hotel is good as usual. But what impressed me the most is the hotel staff. Right from the front office associates, Mr. Aayush to the Front office Manager, Mr. Prabhat were extremely cooperative. The hotel was sold out but still they managed to allocate a room for me 1 hour before the standard checking time. Food service was pretty quick. Worth spending your day here. Very very happy.

Internet speed was turtle.. Ordered tea with bar code.. never came as internet was down. Ordered 60 Rs slippers as they said chargeable.. never came.. 2nd day came back at noon post housekeeping work,no towels were replenished.. had to call twice to get them.. Think they are out of staff..

Excellent stay…. I traveled with my family and initially were worried considering covid-19 situation. However, it was very safe experience right from the gate at the entrance. The security guard (Sadhana) welcomed us with a big smile. She explained all COVID related care hotel is taking. They measured our body temperature, sanitised our hands and also our luggage. You can find sanitizers everywhere…. at the lobby, outside lift, on each floor etc. the rooms are cleaned regularly. At breakfast buffet also you need to request your food to the staff and they bring it to your table with a big smile. They try to avoid touch points so that infection can be avoided. Staff is always smiling and very cooperative. Overall fantastic experience:-)

Good Service at affordable rate . Good breakfast spread you get. Quality Hospitality personal behaviour of all management staff was truly good. Cleanliness was observed , room were well maintained. Only thing is washroom/restroom are too compact. The service and food was amazing. The property was beautiful. The stay was welcoming.Over all it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend everyone to experience a stay.

I was expecting a shorter time for checking in to the hotel. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes in my last visit. They should have priority check-in for members..... Rest all is fine as expected from IBIS. Vairaty of desert must be increased.

Decent rooms, but small bathrooms. Check in was hassle free. Quality of food was poor to say the least. Even the toiletries and bathroom linen was nowhere near what's expected from a star hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt which was the saving grace!
