Dear Coastal65462671188, It is with sincere regret that I note your dissatisfaction with our service and facilities and truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our room type is subject to availability at the time of booking, and we are glad to change the same when the rooms requested are available. I also understand that your room order took some time, as the items are not part of our regular menu and the chefs tried to deliver the same as per your request. Since we are a select service hotel, some amenities like slippers are not part of our standard offerings, however our team has delivered the same upon request. Please may I assure you that I have addressed this matter with the team and all internal procedures have been strengthened and emphasized to avoid any recurrence.
