I visited here for 2 nights early Aug it was lovely the rooms where spotless and the breakfast the location was great since it’s right next to a shopping mall and it central and close to everything I recommend for family teens. The staff were lovely and provided everything we needed.

We were looking for an hotel in the Lyon area and my daughter recommended this one as she had stayed here previously. We were not disappointed. Feeling a little down at the end of a wonderful holiday we needed something to cheer us up and this did the trick. Good location with secure parking. The receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean rooms with large comfortable bed. The service in the restaurant was quick even though it was extremely busy. The menu was varied and catered for all tastes. Excellent breakfast. Breath taking views over the river. A 20 minute walk take you into the centre of town (absolutely worth a visit) but I understand trains/trams are stationed nearby. Unfortunately this was only a one night stop over, next time it will certainly be longer. Highly recommended.

What a lovely surprise! Beautiful and modern hotel with a beautiful deck looking over the River. So much better than all the Novotel's I have stayed modern, clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. It is located in the new area of Lyon and you can walk through the hotel to the shopping centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming, really added to the Olympic experience of watching two football matches in Lyon. I would definitely come back. Well done!!!

I was a bit worried at the location from the main railway station but am glad we stayed here! It is modern and the decor is funky, our room looked out over the far bank of the Saone River to lovely old ruins, it was clean and very comfortable. Check in was friendly. We loved the outdoor deck and had drinks there every afternoon. Breakfast closed at 0930, a bit early we thought, so we missed the first morning after a full day of travelling the day before but it was plentiful and the staff were friendly. Ebikes for hire though we caught the local bus over the road into the city centre and walked to the old town. Entry straight into a shopping mall too! We would stay here again.

VERY RUDE BAR STAFF POORLY TRAINED, RUINED OUR EXPERIENCE !

We had been to this hotel several times with overall good experiences. Unfortunately, our last experience (Dec 23) was far from an acceptable one. We have a silver All (Accor Live Limitless Card) which entitles us to what is called a "welcome drink" (very limited choice to less expensive beverages). At over 10 pm, there was still a kind of a party going on (the "doudoune party", with customers complaining for the level of DJ music/people dancing/shouting on the terrace, keeping them and their children from sleeping in the rooms above). When I showed the young man at the bar our card for our "welcome drinks" he said he could only offer one. We told him that his colleague at the front desk had written a drink for "2 pax" on the card, he replied he still could not accept it because "WE COULD HAVE WRITTEN THAT OURSELVES" ! We are over 60 years old and certainly not used to being confronted with such rudeness from Accor employees. It ruined our experience and we will avoid that particular hotel in the future until the personnel is trained better on customer service. LAMENTABLE !
