If you’ve never stayed at an Ibis before, the room will seem small and basic, which is what the brand is known for. The presence of a small fridge was a pleasant surprise. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is basic, but incorporated several local food options that we enjoyed each day. The gym is nice and relatively unused (I went each day there and was the only person there). Finally, the property is well located across from the Sol mall and a few minute walk from the Galleria mall (each of which have some good restaurants and a supermarket).

fui alojarme con mi pareja y mi reserva no estaba disponible, me derivaron a otro hotel. de menor categoría, lejos de un evento al cual debíamos asistir y por eso se dificulto todas nuestra estadía.

Estancia muy agradable, relacionada precio/producto inmejorable, muy buena ubicación y excelente la calidad del personal. A mejorar: wifi y el desayuno, en el caso del desayuno más variedad y mejor calidad de productos, las frutas sí estaban bien pero eran insuficientes
