Good location. Very friendly service. In especially, the reception staff were very competent. I was very pleased with my stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall, my stay was pleasant; however, the check-in process was utterly baffling. I arrived half an hour before the official check-in time and was told to wait — only to then have a queue. The registration itself took a full fifteen minutes (?!), despite my having completed it online in advance. If the room was ready and, with the receptionist’s input, I could have been in it fifteen minutes earlier, would that really have made such a difference to the hotel? It feels like the only place in the chain — perhaps even in the world — that treats guests as if they were on a factory conveyor belt
