We sincerely apologize for the numerous shortcomings you experienced, as this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, especially to our ALL - Accor Live Limitless Diamond members. We regret that your arrival experience did not meet expectations, particularly with the lack of recognition at check-in and the absence of a dedicated ALL Accor counter. Your comments regarding the Executive Lounge, breakfast quality, and miscommunication about the bar facilities are deeply concerning, and we will address these issues immediately with the respective teams to ensure improvements are made. The discomfort caused by the room temperature and the delays during checkout are equally unacceptable, and we will review our operational procedures to prevent such lapses in the future.
