Mike, from the concierge, has been of excellent help in tracing our missing parcel delivery, which were wrongly delivered to the office block . He voluntarily offered to trave them for us and sort things out. Thank you. Ben the doorman was also polite and helpful to visitors

룸 컨디션이나 위치도 좋고 깔끔하고 조식 괜찮고 다 좋은데 서비스가 별로입니다. 레이트 체크아웃 16시까지 받아서 3시에 들어가려 하니 키가 작동이 안되어 익스클루시브 라운지에 가서 문의했더니 1층으로 가라고 했습니다. 공항에 가야하는 시간이 얼마 남지 않아 올라와서 해결해달라고 했고 늦게서야 올라와서 문을 열어줬습니다.

While the rooms are a bit dated they are very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the room is very hot. The temperature controls in the room do not work. Despite informing the staff two times about my issue it was never looked into. I am in the middle of a week long stay for business. I cannot imagine booking this hotel again specifically because I am very uncomfortable and there is no response from the staff.
