같이 생일을 보내는 것이 20년도 더 되어서 기억에 남을

보냈고 라운지에서 체크인시부터 직원들이 누가 생일인지
재즈바 이용 예약도 해주었습니다 룸에 들어가니 거울에 생일 축하 메세지가 한국어로까지 준비되어 있었고 웰컴 과일과
작은 케익류도 준비되어 있었습니다 제일 감동이었던 일은
재즈바에 7시반 입장부터 직원들이 우리의 이벤트를 위해 알고 있었습니다 예쁜 케익과 재즈밴드가 생일축하송을 연주
하기 시작했습니다 재즈바에 있던 모든 손님과 직원들의
축하를 같이 받으며 생일 축하를 하게 되었습니다
정말 정말 감동이라고 시동생에 저에게 고맙다고 했습니다

우리는 여름방학 시작으로 상하이 페어몬트 피스 호텔을 선택하였습니다. 2박3일 머물렀어요. 세계 여러 나라를 여행하며 숙박하였지만, Best3 안에 드는 호텔입니다. 입구에서 반겨주는 직원들, 편안한 호텔의 침구와 청결, 문의사항이 있으면 즉시 해결해주는 대응 속도까지 뭐하나 나무랄 것이 없었습니다. 사실 5성급 호텔을 방문하여도 청소가 제대로 안되어 있을때가 많았습니다. 조식은 최고 였으며, 영어로 소통이 어려울때는 매니저급 직원이 중간에서 소통해 주었습니다. 마지막 날 퇴실하며 지갑을 금고에 두고 귀국하였는데, 잘 보관하고 있다는 사진과 안전하게 돌려 받을 수 있도록 끝까지 소통을 이어나갔습니다. 너무 감사합니다.
