We were upgraded to a suite on arrival by Smail on reception which was nice and he was very helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and the egg boiler was turned off although the staff were friendly. The hotel is very central so great for exploring.

Lovely friendly service. Superb location for everything in Biarritz. Few mins to the sandy beach. In the centre of everything for bars and restaurants too. Hotel nice and clean with modern facilities. Lovely welcoming people working here too. Very help and friendly. Well done to all.

The good side: nice hotel, well located and the staff is really nice. You can go to the beech in 5 minutes. The less good side: rooms with a view on the public place are noisy during the nights (bars/restaurants and nightclubs just below the hotel. The real downside: for the fee, the hotel does not offer any parkings. It is "very" challenging" in Biarritz during the holidays to find a parking, either you pay very expensively (if you're lucky to find a free place, or you park your car far far away!

Stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent, easy walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Room was compact but well equipped and clean. There is a parking next door which was very convenient for us. Staff were very friendly at all times. Overall, we found this hotel to be a nice, modern and convenient option to explore Biarritz.

Had my handbag stolen from my room whilst I was downstairs in reception for 45 minutes waiting for someone to arrive. Hotel were very unhelpful, didn't call the police, left me to do that. Missing CCTV footage (mmm) trying to convince me I had lost my bag before I returned to the hotel. Very odd behaviour, I could go on and on . . . . . disgraceful. Would never stay there again BEWARE and keep all your valubles locked in the safe at all times
