The hotel is in need of urgent renovations. The bathroom is in a terrible state. Water leaks from the shower. If you want eggs to your preference, its an additonal charge of 26Tl for an egg. The staff are very unhelpful as well. Will never go back!

Nice Ambience, friendly staff and awesome comfortable and clean rooms with all amenities, nice breakfast and good dining facilities, but in Buttim Station, away from bursa city centre, thanks to GM and housekeeping staff

Ich würde nie wieder ibis Bursa buchen bin nie so enttäuscht worden von ein hotel

Im loyal to IBIS brand, but not to the one in Bursa any more

This is the 4th time I have used this hotel, but I consider it unfortunately the worst visit. Cleanliness was worse than any time, where I found the floor/tiles in the common areas are (dirty) not frequently cleaned while even the trash in the lobby was full and mounted with garbage for long hours without getting rid of it. Showers have never been fixed as the water heating/cooling system is not stable. The elevator seems to be cleaned only last year!!! Room service cleaning is not also fine as I got the room with sticky parquet and I also found a hair on the towel which means the towels set might have not been renewed. The above happens while the hotel seemed to be busy which means there is no excuse throwing failures on covid19. Bursa is one of the best tourism attraction places in Turkey and it deserves better hotels. I'm loyal to IBIS brand but not the one in Bursa any more. Restaurant workers although they are hard workers but they show roughness and they need to improve their communication skills as they never showed any warm welcoming for me or to visitors who majority are forigners and may not properly understand the turkish culture.
