Everything too good and the service was also good. Assistance from the reception madhura and sandhya. Very pleasant and comfortable stay at ibis. Food and everything also very good. Staff gesture was also good. Bar area also nice with a small section of game section with music

Was here on a business trip that was booked last moment and I wasn't really expecting much. However over the two weeks I was there, I was very pleasantly surprised by their level of service and quality of amenities. Also, the food! Loved it. I would die for the Gulab Jamun and Papdi Chaat. Also, really loved the cute little towel figures that greeted me when the housekeeping was done (shoutout to Mahesh). Big thank you to Samaksh and Mitali for their support and service.

Nice location and Comfortable stay. Special thanks to reception staff Madhura and Samaksh as was highly impressed by their sweet gesture and were very polite and hospitality was good. Room was neat, clean decent, hygienic. Swimming pool was not available

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Ibis in Hinjawadi, Pune. We visited from the UK to watch the India v England T20 match. Check-in was smooth and quick. On entering the room, you are presented with a good sized room and a nice bathroom that looks like it had recently been refurbished. Breakfast provided a good choice. Lunch and Dinner were also good. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional - this included reception staff, waiters and waitresses in the dining area and housekeeping staff. They are all a credit to the Accor Group. The reason I didn’t give the rating a 5 star is because of the gym. It’s quite small and provides free weights, a bench and running machines. I was hoping for a bit more, such as a cable crossover machine. All in all, a good stay. If I’m ever required to be in the area again, I will probably choose the Ibis again. Thank you.
