To: Franchise Owner/Management IBIS Hinjewadi, Pune Accor Group Subject: Legal & Ethical Complaint Regarding Denied Accommodation Despite Confirmed Booking Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unprofessional and unethical conduct exhibited by the management team at IBIS Hinjewadi, Pune, specifically involving Mr. Bajaj and Mr. Shreyas. I had made a confirmed booking at your hotel with full payment, ensuring my reservation was secured. Prior to my arrival, I contacted the hotel three times to reconfirm my check-in at 3:00 PM, and each time, I was assured that my room would be available. However, upon reaching the hotel at 2:50 PM, I was shockingly informed that no room was available. This caused significant inconvenience and distress, as I had an important business presentation the next morning. Instead of honoring the confirmed booking, the hotel attempted to shift me to Holiday Inn Express, which does not match the standards and services I had originally booked at IBIS. I was forced into an argument with the staff for 1.5 hours, and despite my justified objections, the management failed to provide a resolution. As a result, I lost over 2.5 hours of my night and was unable to attend my business presentation, leading to financial and professional losses. This incident not only highlights gross negligence and a breach of contract but also raises serious ethical concerns regarding the management’s conduct. Denying a pre-paid and confirmed booking constitutes a violation of consumer rights, causing undue stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Given the gravity of this situation, I formally request the Franchise counterpart of IBIS and Accor Group to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Mr. Bajaj, Mr. Shreyas, and the management staff involved. Furthermore, I seek compensation for the financial loss and damages incurred due to their negligence. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I will be compelled to take legal action against the concerned individuals and the hotel for breach of service, misrepresentation, and financial loss under applicable consumer protection laws. I expect a prompt response with appropriate corrective measures. Best Regards, Asad

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Ibis Pune Hinjewadi hotel. I got assigned a very clean double room with good facilities as advertised on the booking portal. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location and I had no external noise disturbance during the day or night. The housekeeping and the service staff provided excellent service and the room was kept clean and refreshed throughout my stay. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. They pro-actively ensured that my stay is going well. If I needed to ask for any extra facility, they were happy to provide. The gym is small but well maintained and has good equipment for cardio and weight exercise. The restaurant is excellent and food quality for all the meals is awesome. I would like to thank the following staff specially for their help and excellent service - Reception - Sandhya, Gowri and Madhura Housekeeping - Bajrang, Vishal and Sopan Restaurant - Mihir

Everything too good and the service was also good. Assistance from the reception madhura and sandhya. Very pleasant and comfortable stay at ibis. Food and everything also very good. Staff gesture was also good. Bar area also nice with a small section of game section with music

Nice location and Comfortable stay. Special thanks to reception staff Madhura and Samaksh as was highly impressed by their sweet gesture and were very polite and hospitality was good. Room was neat, clean decent, hygienic. Swimming pool was not available
