Ho trovato la struttura molto usurata E. sporca , il ristorante aveva un menu povero è qualitativamente scarso

Sono rimasto deluso da questo Novotel. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo anche comparato con altri hotel in India è assolutamente non adeguato. La camera era strutturalmente corretta ma priva di ogni confort come slippers, bathrobe, minibar spento e probabilmente rotto e vuoto, solo due grandi teli ma non asciugamani medio/piccoli. Altre amenità in camera quasi nulle. Non una matita e blocchetto per appunti. La colazione al mattino inclassificabile, impossibile trovare un tavolo pulito e sgombro (tutte e due le volte che ho fatto colazione), personale inesistente per chiedere un caffé o un té, la volta che ho chiesto una omlette l'ho dovuta attendere 23 minuti. Cetamente non tornerò più presso questo Novotel. Ho anche cenato e sebbene la qualità fosse buon la scelta era limitatissima.

Ho alloggiato una notte presso questo hotel, stanza pulita e spaziosa. Hall molto bella, colazione e cena abbondanti e varie. Buonissima posizione vicino all'aeroporto, consiglio di alloggiare più di una notte per esplorare il centro di Delhi.

Se passate da Pune raccomando questo Hotel . Camerieri gentili specialmente Kiran che riesce ad intrattenervi e vi fa sentire meno soli . Camere pulite e personale cortese e discreto . Fateci un pensierino , lo merita .
