It was a great stay at Novotel . All the services offered were awesome. For kids it was a great stay. They have indoor games, large swimming pool . And also whole hotel is non-smoking . Room services, in-room dining were awesome. Breakfast spread was great. Kids loved it a lot. Taha was very professional and helped us with all the food preferences . Thanks novotel .

it is very nicely placed hotel as it is very much near to Imagica theme park which is very much enjoyed by all ages. services and food of the hotel is of high quality and service were impeccable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lot of activities are also their for kids and adults

The staff present in the hotel are not at all trained they made me dump my food which I was carrying during check in and what a lame reason the room will stink they said. How embarrassing it is. They don't know what hospitality is and should learn from some other chain groups in india. Will never book novotel again in my life.

A good stay is not enough without cordial staff members & comfortable room. Novotel imegica is a wonderful hotel to stay & enjoy of imegica with the family. Kids as well as we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast is awesome. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are specious the amazing view outside.

A good day one day outing spot! NOVOTEL IMAGIICA has a pick up and drop options from Mumbai and Pune. The rooms are a decent size with large windows that open up to a view of the pool or Imagica Park. Novotel offers a wide range of options to visit Imagica. It is best to travel to this place during the monsoons. The room service is spacious and can accommodate a nuclear family. The restaurants offer a buffet, and the buffet breakfast has a decent variety. It is better to avoid visiting during weekends, as you will not be able to fully enjoy the hospitality of this place.
