Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli 5 stelle

Horrible! Is a word to describe the stay. We booked a pool facing family classic room with twin queen bed for 3 adults. They provided a mountain facing room, mountain??? That's far from ur view. Only thing you can see is Car parking and a road. While bringing it to Mr. sonu's notice he says its based on available. Then why it is advertised like that and Confirmed at booking.com? I am not sure why we paid 13.5k for this room. Room had amenities for only two guest. We did our check in formalities in the morning, luggage were still not placed. Even when we came to collect our keys at 6.00 pm. We had to go down twice, later Kiran was kind enough to bring the bag trolley and place in front of us and we took it to our room. And I am sure I am just gonna get a canned message reply on this review as it is done on all previous negative rating for the property, filled with JaaZ and no action.

Great stay and friendly staff Amazing staff and restaurant service. Breakfast buffet options and lots of good varieties in food menu Ms.Manali has a very friendly approach towards guest. Birthday celebrations with characters and room decor was the best.

Had an amazing experience at Novotel Imagica. Facilities are top notch, staff is friendly. Breakfast spread was good, tasty and plent of options were available. Really like the restaurant service, Manali was very kind enough to assist us during our breakfast at the restaurant. Overall great experience and highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a fun and relaxing experience.

Overall we had a good experience. What I liked: 1. Good clean and spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast spread 3. Professional staff 4. Walking distance from Imagicaa 5. Well stocked up and clean bathrooms What I didn’t like: 1. The check in experience: waited in queue before was advised to move to another counter where the person initially said, “ this is a checkout counter” and later said, “it’s ok will check you in” 2. Booked a deluxe room with balcony, paid extra for it, only to realise the balcony was bolted and could not be accessed 3. The mini fridge was inside a cabinet, a hinge was broken and I had to lift the cabinet door to shut it Overall, I liked my stay, they can do a much better job. They need to make sure they don’t charge the guest for something the guest is not allowed to access.
