Well situated hotel - walking distance from town centre and market area restaurants. Clean, comfortable, very spacious rooms with Nespresso machine, fridge… Very pleasant staff. If you reserve a parking space there is good secure parking. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel slightly away from the centre of Reims but very handy for the station.. Rooms spacious and modern, beds comfortable. Staff were delightful. One caveat: DON'T use the following taxi company: LES TAXIS DE REIMS. Thy ripped us off by going 'round the houses' on our way back to the hotel. 11 euros to from hotel to the Cathedral. 20 euros to come back!

Everything about this hotel was great. Efficient and friendly check in, lovely large room and excellent breakfast. Short walk into town centre with small amount of parking on site and public car park next door. Highly recommend.

Booked in to this Nova hotel after a very bad experience up the road at the Nova hotel on the outskirts of the city. This hotel was great & friendly service Clean & tidy after long journey. Nice little bar as well. Need to book parking before hand if you can. But we only booked 1hour before arrival. Food & eating out wise you will not go wrong going to the local restaurant over the road. Local food & very reasonable and just over the road. We defo will be back to this hotel for stop over. Thanks Mr C

Do not stay here if touring on a motorcycle!!!

I recently stayed at a Novotel hotel in Reims, France with three friends overnight where we used a secure car park provided by the hotel which consisted of coded access entry gate to the car park and Maglock exit gate from the car park and yet two of our motorcycles were stolen. I have a real issue with this as when I booked the hotel through Booking.com I tried to reserve a parking space in the car park and was told it wasn’t available for motorcycles and that we should be parking in the train station car park next door which had we done so we would still have our motorcycles! However when we arrived your staff were ‘overly’ keen to suddenly get us to park in the hotel car park… The theft occurred at approximately 0315hrs on the 3rd of July and at the time your night manager/porter was conveniently on a break and had to be asked numerous times to call the Police as we were tracking the vehicles and knew their location and instead he just stood around furiously texting away to god knows who and asking for our room numbers when we were clearly requesting Police assistance. Once reported to the Police we were also informed that the hotel in Reims has an issue with motorcycles being stolen… so I have two questions for you. 1. Why were we not warned of this on arrival? Surely any company/staff of any integrity or standards would have warned us of the thefts of motorcycles in the area and directed us to a more secure location to leave the motorcycles? 2. And why were we advised to park in your car park upon arrival having previously been told that we couldn’t park motorcycles there…I can only assume your staff dare I say it, are in on the thefts occurring… Through no fault of our own my friend and I have lost high value motorcycles and I’m seriously considering legal action. Whilst I do understand that in most cases owners vehicles are left at their own risk that risk normally relates to articles inside the vehicles and not the vehicles themselves and my issue lies with the staff not informing us of the thefts as previously mentioned and directing us to your car park when they knew of the thefts occurring.

We completely understand the frustration, disappointment, and distress this situation has caused you and your friends. First and foremost, please allow us to clarify that your safety and the security of your belongings are very important to us. We are devastated that such an incident occurred, and we assure you that this is an extremely rare and isolated event. We have never experienced motorcycle theft within our private car park before. Unfortunately, while we do our best to ensure a safe environment with secured gate access and 24/7 staff presence, no system is entirely immune to criminal acts. As this incident likely involved professional and determined individuals, it is sadly beyond our control. We also understand your frustration regarding the parking communication. Please note that our hotel usually does not recommend our car park for motorcycles due to space and maneuverability concerns, not for security reasons. In your case, we made an exception in an effort to accommodate you conveniently, and with no bad intentions whatsoever. Our team acted in good faith, trying to help — not to mislead. Regarding your comment on staff behavior during the incident: we sincerely regret if the assistance you received at that moment did not meet your expectations. The night staff did call the police, and we are fully cooperating with the authorities. If this was not done with the urgency you expected, we offer our sincerest apologies and will investigate internally to understand what went wrong and reinforce our protocol for such emergencies. As for the statement reportedly made by local police about "motorcycle theft issues" at our hotel, we would like to respectfully point out that this is not something we have been made aware of previously, and it does not reflect our history. If such patterns had existed, we would have of course taken every precaution and warned our guests accordingly. We take your concern seriously and are now requesting clarification from the police directly. We understand your consideration of legal action and, again, we do not take this lightly. While hotels — like most public or semi-public places — cannot be held liable for theft occurring in parking areas unless proven negligent, we are fully transparent and open to communication. We remain at your disposal to assist with any necessary documentation for your insurance or the ongoing investigation. Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We truly regret that your stay in Reims was marred by this experience, and we are available to speak with you directly should you wish to discuss this further.
