We stayed here for 1 night and it was pleasant. I like the room layout as they separate the toilet from the shower so that we don't have to fight over the toilet/shower usage. Bed is comfortable and room is well maintained.

Friendly staff. Convenient location on the edge of Reims and €12 on an uber into town. Near the A roads so easy to get to if you are passing thru. The room was a standard Novotel but in need of a little attention. Two light fittings were broken; prior vacuuming of the room was not great; hot water valve for bath not working - though shower fine. Quiet - no road traffic. Bed comfortable and clean. Tesla charger for EVs directly next door - open to non teslas! Breakfast was ok.

We are also happy that the proximity of the EV chargers was a bonus for your stay. We are, however,sincerely sorry for the maintenance issues you encountered in your room, such as the broken light fittings and the hot water valve. Your feedback on the vacuuming has also been shared with our housekeeping team. We are currently undergoing a full renovation of the hotel, which will address this "need of attention" and modernize all our rooms to ensure a perfect experience. This is a great hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful staff, good food and drink with kids menu. The pool is great (not heated) and a small but well equipped gym. Pool towels are provided and there are water refill stations all over the hotel. It is a big hotel with lots of entrances to park at and trolleys to wheel luggage. Couldn’t fault the hotel and would stay again.

Very Disappointing stay.

Very disappointing over night stay. Room was dirty / hair all over the bed / fridge grubby / bathroom show tray cracked. Bedding had marks on it. Complained and the staff helpful on the matter and checked out of the hotel early with part refund offered. You need to advertise this as a 3 star hotel & work going on in and out of the hotel currently. Stopped in 3 other Nova hotels over last 3 weeks and all have been good compared to this one. Disappointing stay after a long journey there. Mr C

First time at this Novotel. A stopover between Geneva and Eurotunnel. No problem parking outdoors as the Ibis next door shares its parking with the Novotel so plenty of space. Very pleasant receptionist who greeted us. We didn't need to speak French as she spoke excellent English. Made a fuss over our little dog and quickly sorted out our key. The room was spacious, clean and BBC news on TV. We used the pool which was so nice on such a hot day. The air conditioning was also welcome. The evening meal was very nice with good service. We had a large comfortable bed and a much needed good nights sleep. Breakfast bar offered a lot of choice. We were glad of being early risers as it became busy as we were leaving. A special thanks to Catharine our breakfast hostess. She was very pleasant and helpful. Check out was quick and easy and back onto the nearby autoroute for coquelles.
