Dear Ms LINDA, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay at Mercure Reims Parc des Expositions. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the comfort of our rooms, especially the quiet environment and comfortable beds, as well as our breakfast selection. However, we are sorry to learn about the challenges you encountered with the bathroom, particularly with the low toilet and the soap dispenser placement. Your observations have been shared with our team, and we will explore adjustments to make our facilities more user-friendly. We would also like to clarify a misunderstanding about our restaurant’s app. The app is intended to display the menu for easier browsing, not for placing orders. We regret any confusion this may have caused, and we will ensure our staff provides clearer explanations to avoid this issue in the future. Dear Madam, We would like to inform you that after a thorough investigation by our teams, we are getting back to you. A response has been sent to you on the Booking.com messaging system, granting you the refund you requested for the breakfasts not consumed in addition to the dishes offered because of the cooking problem you encountered, as well as your child's menu.
