If you are considering the Etap for your next Belfast visit, please reconsider. When you arrive you will notice a gargle factory directly next door called Dirty McNasty which blasts out all the tunes you wish you’d never heard through to the early hours. My room had a fantastic view of the smoking area where patrons would shout about their 16-20 years life experience. My room, as with all of the others have a shower in the bedroom. This isn’t the slipper shaped bath that you expect in luxury hotels, instead a damp dank facility which I chose to avoid. Plenty of cheap alternatives, don’t take a punt on this place!!!!

Staff friendly and welcoming and very helpful during our stay.Hotel clean and tidy with room exactly as described on website.Clean and compact.Our room was cleaned daily and new towels provided.Iron and hairdryer available on request with deposit required.Reasonable choice of continental breakfast and tea coffee facilities available at all times in reception area.Also good choice of drinks should you wish to purchase.Hotel is only 10mins walk from centre and 5mins from bus station.Tesco metro directly across the road.Hotel situated in busy bar area of town and right next door to a busy bar so may be noisy at weekends.We weren't too bothered by this but some people may find this an issue.Overall very satisfied with stay and good value for price we paid to stay.

I desired to stay at a place near the Belfast City Centre. This hotel was within a walking distance for where I intended to be. The room and bathroom were clean and orderly. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had to check out early.
