We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in two rooms next to each other as we had two kids with us. Both rooms had a great view from the 18th floor but of course the corner was slightly better. The rooms were well appointed, clean and lots of storage. In addition to cleaning the room during the day i liked the extra details of preparing it for night time too. The roof top bar had great views and we enjoyed drinks there. We havent used the pool as we already had two weeks inPhuket with lots of pool time. But it didn’t look too inviting but did try the sauna and that was great. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast was fine but not great. We had dinner once in the Italian restaurant in the basement and the food, drinks and ambiance was amazing.

The top class hotel located heart of the bangkok and close to the bts and very good location everything is perfectly stay and personalized service from the staff and specially big shout out to trainee kalyan staff for exceptional service for the hospitality

Hotel muse is a good place to stay in bangkok and very good location and top service from the staff but in the washroom no bidet spray everything good and mr kalyan trainee is very nice for the top service i highly recomend this hotel i will be here again

Very nice experience while staying at The Muse Hotel. All of the staffs were great and very helpful for us to have the best experience during our stay. The hotel ambiance was so classy, this one that I will never forget. The breakfast was okay, it should have been more variety.

Slightly tired, but good location, atmosphere and service

If you’ve not been before, Bangkok is vast so even where to stay can be bewildering! Muse is in a convenient location in one of Bangkok’s slightly quieter, and reasonably well- heeled areas (Langsuan). Sukhumvit, the river or even Chinatown are arguably more obvious choices, but we liked being a short tuktuk or metro ride from multiple attractions - you can easily get to most places within 10-20 mins (e.g. royal palace) - and 20 mins in Bangkok is nothing. The hotel is comparatively small, likewise reception and the facilities such as gym and pool - it’s on the boutique side - but again that was a deliberate choice by us. Rooms good, albeit tiny showers (if that’s your thing). Nice rooftop bar, popular on the weekends. Breakfast excellent, as was the service, which is the winning factor for this place. The only other point I’d make is I feel it’s pretty tired in places (review as of mid 2024) and can’t be that far from a refurb for at least some areas. Regardless, really enjoyed it, would recommend and happily stay again,
