Lovely stay at Pullman Vung Tau . Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel . Huge bedroom and bathroom . Friendly , helpful staff . We enjoyed breakfast and dinner during our stay . I loved Vung tau , short walk to sea from hotel. Shuttle bus available to guests . Lovely city to visit .

We came to Vung Tau to spend a couple of nights away from Saigon. Being an Accor Plus member booking the Pullman was a high probability although we were tempted by the location to the ocean of an older Accor property we decided to go with the 5 star Pullman hotel with a suite with separate living room and bedroom, ocean views and most importantly, access to the executive lounge. It was actually the last part that convinced us on the Pullman. Our experience was on the whole positive: lovely modern hotel, our suite was very spacious, clean and there were decent amounts of ocean views about two blocks away to the beach. The restaurant was lovely, we actually had lunch on both days of our stay at the hotel restaurant & were very satisfied with the quality of the food and wine selection and the service. The breakfast was included in our stay and was also plentiful with many options. If we had booked a normal room at this point we would have left totally satisfied with a perfect 5 star hotel stay. However, this is where the only disappointment was. The executive lounge - the access to which was part of our booking, was closed for the duration of our stay. Two different hotel staff gave two different reasons for the closure, which was also confusing. My booking confirmation clearly came with that inclusion listed. We should have been notified that this was closed before our arrival. This may sound trivial but i do make use of the lounge regularly during hotel stays preferring to check in and out there, have breakfast there and just to rest during the course of the day and have a coffee away from everyone else and I will continue to pay extra for suites that provide access to the lounge for these reasons. I rarely make use of the evening drinks and canapes as we normally like early dinners at local restaurants. Going forward I will confirm by phone and not just accept the hotel booking confirmation email.

Hotel was fine and rooms comfortable however I paid a security deposit of 8mil VND and was advised this would be refunded upon check out. We checked out of the hotel nearly ten days ago and I still have not had any refund. Please be careful when requested to pay security deposit.

I came to the Pullman hotel with business. I had an excellent time there at the hotel. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend. I also found time to go to the Pullman beach area and was looked after very well by Toan Nguyen who is the customer care at the beach. He gave me so much information and advice about the local area ⭐️

This hotel really a gem standing out from the rest along Thuy Van street. Everything is as per Accor hotel chain’s standards. I got an ocean view room. The room is sleek, modern, comfortable and clean. Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious. There is a wide selection of both local and western dishes. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff, from security guard, porters, waiting staff, reception…all seem to be very well trained. Another plus is the hotel also provides hand sanitizer in public areas, I think all 5 star hotels should do this. Forgot to mention, this is the first time I see toothpaste in paper satchel in the amenity kit, not in plastic tube. Kudos to the hotel for this initiative! Vung tau is off the beaten track, but if I ever visit this town again, Pullman will definitely my choice of accommodation. Thank you to all staff at Pullman Vung Tau.
