We are driving through from Argentina to Florianopolis and checked in here for the nigh. Very please with this hotel. Clean and tidy and helpful staff. Rooms are small, but for an overnight stop over, fine. Recommended

IBIS People Make the Difference

The location is ideal. The accommodations are just what you'd expect, which is to say nothing spectacular, but that's not why you stay at IBIS. Parking was free. The WIFI service was also included and worth about what we paid for it . . . nothing. It worked sometimes, but you don't have WIFI so it will work sometimes. You need it to work. Period. But I've never stayed at any property in Brazil no matter what the price where the WIFI was fast, consistent, and always available. So no surprises here. The people at the IBIS Passo Fundo Shopping were outstanding. Everyone was "all in" to provide a good experience, included ideas for places to eat, helping with a transformer for the 220v to 110v conversion we needed for our USA devices, friendly attitudes and smiles, and promptness whenever needed. The maid service was excellent. The room rates is terrific. The rooms are tiny but adequate, the bed comfortable, the towels and linens of high quality, and we had a great stay. WIFI could be a ton better, but overall the IBIS met or exceeded our expectations. Next time in PF, we'll be back.

This hotel is very well located just beside a shopping mall. The rooms are clean and follows the good standard of the IBIS brand with confortable rooms, good breakfast and service. I really recommend it.

We can always trust on standard quality. Very good. Clean room. Very good breakfast. Over my expectations, although there is a minimum quality standard at IBIS hotels. I always recommend for a best benefit cost.
