Staff very friendly and helpful Room had everything we needed, but was a little bit ‚compact‘, step in the bathroom area a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was more than adequate, but more fresh fruit salad would be good

Clean & ok for an ibis style..

Overall clean and ok for a ibis style because it’s a standard of the group but not really friendly staff only one of the 4-5person I had to speak to only the blond guy who work at night was friendly and smiling. As member and « diamon » no one recognize you or even keep asking for « deposit » any way just the way to ask is not professional.. and cleaning lady that keeps knocking on the door of your room from 10 to 12pm you can’t work or do what you want and at the end she came before my shower just after then when I was dressing I get it she has job and time but I’ve paid until 12 even further as diamon member you can even have late checkout. Good but will comeback only if I have no other choice.

Second time, not as good :(
We were here second time, after three weeks from our first visit, but this time we were not so pleased as before. At first, one of the elevator did not work and the other one was not reprogrammed to handle this situation when the hotel was occupied by more guests. At second, if you are charging for a small dog (which did not happen on first visit), I would expect you are also cleaning rooms on daily basis. I am really allergic on the excuse "..because covid, we do not provide daily cleaning!" You can ask for cleaning but only till noon day before and since we arrived at 4pm (stayed two nights), that was not our case. Also, when we were asking for a late checkout on Sunday, we were rejected (even the booking system shows that there are plenty of free rooms). Again, on our first visit it was not a problem to have a late checkout till 6pm. And the lady at the reception at our day of departure was not empathic, just simple: not possible, thank you, bye. At least I have to give kudos to the lady during the checking (different one than on the departure day), it was the same lady as during our first stay and she was always kind, smiling and very nice. Will we try "third time's the charm"? I really do not know. We like the hotel rooms, the location, but as a All Accor club member, I miss the added value.

Good value, great location, friendly staff. Free tea & coffee after 12.30. Box room, comfortable,no a/c in Winter as heating is on? Over the road, try Mods&Rockers cafe, great coffee and quirky owner Quite easy to get to from Schoenefeld Airport on S9 & U8 Rosenthaler Platz 40 mins

Our 3 night stay was excellent. We arrived early but our room was available for us which we appreciated. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was superb. Location was perfect for our sightseeing. Would definately recommend this Ibis.
