We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our excellent location and that you were satisfied with the cleanliness of your room, the Wi-Fi, and your booking experience. At the same time, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your comments regarding the limited in-room amenities. As an ibis Styles hotel, our room concept does not include amenities such as a kettle, iron, or ironing board in every room. However, our reception team is always happy to assist with these items whenever possible. We also regret that the placement of the power outlets was inconvenient and that the level of hospitality you experienced varied depending on the staff member. Providing consistently warm and attentive service is very important to us, and we will share your feedback with our team to ensure a more consistent guest experience.
