We booked this hotel as we were arriving late so needed somewhere with 24/7 check-in and on a public transport route. It was a bit further away from Alexanderplatz than we had thought. We received a warm welcome (in English) despite being well past midnight. The room was very adequate for our three night stay. The only niggles were workmen/gardeners starting around 8am two of our three mornings that we could hear even on the top/7th floor. And the shower temperature went from very hot to very cold without touching any controls. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel, but purchased drinks, breakfast items and snacks from the adjacent petrol station. The nearest restaurant is Hofbrau on the same street, heading towards the TV Tower, which is a fun place to visit.

This hotel is extremely bad. very bad service. very bad unprofessional staff. Extremely unclean. The stay was extremely stressful. Not recommended at all. My trip was extremely ruined by staying in this hotel. I don't recommend it if you go for business, or whatever.

I would stay here again!

This hotel is well located, clean and friendly. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is well located - close to Alexanderplatz. We were able to walk to Museum Island, the radio tower and other locations. Also able to catch the hop on hop off buses at Alexanderplatz.

I like this hotel. Lots of positives.

My friends and I had 3 rooms for 6 nights and very much enjoyed the hotel. Staff were accommodating and very accessible. Rooms were nice and very clean. Hotel was quiet.Daily housekeeping was great. Did not buy breakfast at hotel as 17 euros is expensive for what I would eat. But lots of cafes with good breakfasts a 5 minute walk from hotel. Bought a coffee at the bar each morning. Only thing I missed was a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise, highly recommended this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in and the 7 rooms booked were unmade!! 3 rooms later after offered a room over looking freeway second room overlooking petrol station and air con low therefore opening window was not suitable as petrol fumes came into room. Spent 4 nights there and only 1 day the room was cleaned! Staff were friendly but didn’t seem to know what they doing which I summarised as lack of training.
