Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Néanmoins, quelques problèmes de communication en interne à améliorer : les informations ne sont pas toujours transmises correctement, ce qui créé parfois une confusion dans les instructions. Côté équipement, la présence d'un fer à repasser dans la chambre est très appréciable. Cependant, la chaise de bureau n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle à cause de son inclinaison non adaptée, à changer absolument. Enfin, la propreté de certains coins laisse à desirer, notamment les tâches sur les rideaux et le sol à proximité du lit, incompatible avec le standing réclamé par l'hôtel.

Un bon Novotel dans la norme de la chaine. Chambre confortable mais un poil vieillissante (sans être désagréable pour autant) et dont la chaise de bureau n'est pas des plus confortables (on glisse vers l'avant !). Restauration sous forme de buffet pour l'ensemble des repas avec un large choix et une bonne qualité. Personnel agréable mais pas toujours très rapide/efficace.

Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal höflich. Was mich gestört hat: - WLAN: Da es sich um ein Arcor Hotel zu handeln scheint haben nicht-Mitglieder einen Nachteil. Auf meinem Zimmer hatte ich kein, bzw. sehr schaches Wlan und Arbeiten konnte ich damit leider auch nicht. Was Verbesserungswürdig ist: - Das Essen und die Auswahl ist super. Lediglich scheint es so, dass das Personal mit dem Aufräumen nicht nachkommt, bzw. der Fokus anderweitig liegt. Das stört und ist auch fürs Auge wenig ansprechend. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel aber empfehlen.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommender Service. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.Lediglich ein Kritikpunkt war der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, dieser hatte leider einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch welcher auf alle Dinge, die sich im Schrank befanden übertragen hat. Somit musste ich einige Kleider mehrmals zuhause waschen.
